Lovely cottages, friendly hosts, great place to explore the Cairngorms, so close to everything. Highly recommended.
Had fun building a snowman after a night and day of snow. the lake at the back of the cottage was very picturesque, especially after the snow, just makes the trees look so much more inviting!!
Enjoyed skiing and tobogganing, loved walking on the ice at Loch Insh, so much to see and do, fabulous few days.

Room tip: Not a hotel 8 cottages and depends on the number of bedrooms required. Elm cottage (2bdrm) has lovely garden views and very comfy.

We have just got back from our wonderful 4 day trip to Aviemore. We arrived late, which when I emailed this was no problem. The cottage was all ready and the owners had even put the heating on ready! (Thank you)
We stayed in Elm cottage which was pristine and has everything you could possibly need, there is even a dishwasher to make for chilled out evening dinners! The log fire was great and heated the whole house, when going. However for those who still feel chilly there are electric blankets on each bed.
The hall was particularly useful for storing our skis, the lodge itself was about 40 mins for the slopes with easy access up the A9.We were very lucky with the weather as great for skiing.
We also brought our little dog who absolutely loved it, and got plenty of attention from the owners who were very friendly with him, making us feel at ease knowing that they were OK with our dog, which is often difficult when on holiday, it felt more like home from home!
I would highly recommend this place as it is gorgeous, and so friendly we hope to visit again in summer! Thank you!

Many thanks for your review of Crubenbeg. It was great to meet you all and Ozzy was a delight. You timed it perfect for the snow. All our cottages have dishwashers so it means more time for eating, drinking & relaxing. Hope to see you all back real soon.

Had a great time at Crubenbeg Holiday cottages. The cottage was immaculate, and the log fire made it very cosy. Probably the comfiest bed i have slept in, come here if you want a good sleep and relax! Will defiantly be coming back!

Amazing holiday cottage, complete luxury and beautiful situation. Everything you could require for a peaceful break, or more exciting one if you wanted because only a fifteen minute drive to all the amenities in Aviemore. Can't recommend this highly enough.
