I stayed here on my own for a business trip back in July, the room cost me £90 for one night, which is a little overpriced for what I got.
When I arrived I was greeted by a young lady, who was nice enough but didn't really give great service. The room was spacious, clean and offered the usual tea/coffee facilities.
I agree with other reviews they should definitely get rid of those cushions, I removed them from my bed as soon as I felt them. The room was really hot at night and didn't have air-con so I had a restless sleep, even the Travelodge offer this.
The TV didn't work so I could only watch BBC one (The remote and the buttons didn't work so I couldn't turn it down/ or change the channel) I would have complained but I was only staying for one night so I didn’t bother.
This hotel is in a great location and has fantastic views but it was a shame that these little things let it down. I wouldn't stay here again but if the things I mentioned were improved I would consider it.
