“WOW - incredible”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 21, 2010

This was the best hotel we ever stayed at!
The place was spotlessly clean, the staff were charming, nothing was too difficult and the view of the Mediterranean was beautiful, just outside the grounds.
The food - what more can I say, never any queues and the staff there too were very quick to help.
The situation was quiet and easy to access.
I want to go there again soon!

Just Had a week in this Hotel, we were on a "self-Catering" package, so, we only used the place for sleep / shower really.
We found the reception staff excellent, always VERY helpful, the cleaners are very good, keeping the place spotless.
Our only complaint [if you can call it one], was the bar + resturant area[s], they are pretty soulless, too lit up, a bit like a canteen in a factory, functional chairs/tables ect, not very inviting at all.
If you wander out, take a left, follow your nose towards the marina, there is a cracking little[ish] bar/cafe/resturant called "El Rincon Del Marino", what a delightful place this is, the staff were always smiling, nothing too much trouble, and the food is cracking.

Stayed here with my husband and 3 year old in a 1 bed apartment. Excellent hotel for facilities, indoor pool, gym, jacuzzi, etc with lots of clean open spaces. Rooms quite basic, very clean, but beds not comfy, lounge/second bedroom area cluttered and a bit 70's style, with bed next to a loud fridge. During the day it really was too noisy and hard to relax on the balcony, there was loud music (often repetitive) and annoying announcements. Most guests were all incl, and it felt a little institutionilised. We prefer to eat out and so managed to spend a lot of time in Santa Eulalia which is just lovely. The marina is beautiful, beach bars fab, and very good restaurants. Would go back to Santa Eulalia, but not to the Tropic Garden.

We are a young couple who wanted a hotel just for sleep and breakfast as we wanted to go out every night and try different restaurants and bars. This suited us fine, the staff were helpfull and friendly, the hotel was very clean, every time we turned around there was a cleaner cleaning the stairs, hallways, pool area etc. The rooms were a decent size and cleaned every day. The pool are was nice and relexing, you could always get a sunbed and there were only a handfull of people in the swimming pool at any one time so it wasn't over crowded. Also the pool snack bar was quite reasonable for a hotel,a sandwich or burger and chips was only 4 euro's. As for other complaints about the hotel entertainment,we were never at the hotel at night as we went out every night and when we came back the hotel bar was always closed and the place seemed dead,it must shut around midnight due to families getting kids to sleep etc. Personally unless you have children I don't see the point of eating in the hotel every night, would never go half board, would much rather have b&b and explore the towns bars and restaurants and eat somewhere new every night. The breakfast in the hotel is good enough, choise of everything you usually get,of course the cooked breakfast is the usual rubbish bacon and hotdog style sausages you get abroad. You get what you pay for and for the reasonably cheap price we got this for we were happy, you could stop at Aguas de Ibiza around the corner which looks brilliant but you have to pay brilliant prices, about 4 times more than Tropic gardens, something like £1300 a week just for the hotel when we looked! Tropic garden,Aguas de Ibiza and The sol Ibiza are the best situated hotels in my opinion, just far enough out so you get some peace at night when you want to get some sleep.

It is a nice 10 minute walk in to the resort center which we walked there and back every night, the resort is fantastic, lots of different restaurants and bars to choose from along the marina front and beach front. We didn't have a really bad meal all week, although the quality of restaurants isn't really top quality there are some nice enough places to eat,I would recomend 'Seventeen' an Italian restaurant right over the other side of town. If you want a drink try 'Liquido' on the marina or 'Somiart' on the beach front, this place has entertainment every night and the food is really good here too although most people just seem to drink here. The beaches that are in walkable distance are nice but quite small. I would say Santa Eulalia is the best beach style holiday I have been on,there is something for everyone,I would even consider going back some time, which is unusual as I usually want to try as many different places as possible. The resort was also good because there wasn't too many English idiots there as you get in most of the other Ibiza resorts,no trouble and hardly a chav or a football shirt in site!

A few minor complaints about the hotel,I wouldn't be British unless I have a little moan, lol

1) As usual they rip you off and charge you for the safe which in my opinion should be free as it is in the room anyway.

2) Same with the internet, which in this day and age should be free too I think.

3) The tv is the smallest tv in history and only has a couple of English channels.

4) The beds are not very comfortable

We have just had our best holiday ever! The staff could not be any more helpful, the hotel was spotless, quality of food was brilliant, even from the poolside bar which offered a good selection. There was enough entertainment to suit all ages, the entertainment staff were really good and looked as though they were enjoying themselves and wanted to be there. This is the best all inclusive hotel we have been to - no hidden extras! If we were forced to pick any fault it would be that there was only one channel on the tv that was in English (but then again we didn't go for the tv). We would definately recommend this hotel and are looking to book again for next year.

We booked this two days before we left as a last minute trip and so hadn't had time to research so were slightly worried but as it was 4* we hoped we would be fine - and we were. The apartment was really lovely and very clean, great large private balcony and nice bathroom.
The complex was lovely and the staff were great - very helpful. The only couple of niggles we had were the beds which were not very comfy and also the fact that there were many babies (probably due to the time of year), but this meant that as our room was off one of the main atrium areas that had a central corridor, at night we often heard doors slamming/babies crying etc, but it wasn't too bad really! The only other point was that it was a good 10-15 minute walk from the central marina area - esp if you walk from the far end near the beach; but overall it is worth it as it is a lovely place!

Santa Eulalia is beautiful and has loads of gorge restaurants - a tapas restaurant set just back from the marina (behind cafe sidney) was amazing and great value!

This was our second holiday in Santa Eulalia so we knew what a lovely resort it is. This hotel caters mainly for spanish families with a good mix of British and other Europeans also. It is so well run and spotlessly clean. Any small problems are sorted instantly by the helpful staff. We booked room only but when we got there went all inclusive for 3 days which made a nice change. Food and drink were of a very high quality, always hot and plentiful, but I would get fed up with any hotel food for the entire holiday so it was nice to have the option to book AI day by day. I loved the walk into town (10 mins) and especially enjoyed people watching on the prom, lots of millionaires out for their evening stroll after parking the yacht in the marina. We had our two teenagers with us and I have to say this resort is really more suited to singles, couples or families with young children. I will be back when the children have left home.
