Me and my friend (both mid 20s) had a great 2 week holiday here.
We arrived at the reception and were greeted with a nice drink and our room was ready straight away.
The décor of the communal areas, bar, restaurants and pool is really lovely.
We didn't want to go to the Santa Eulalia beach because the pool area was so nice!
We had a standard room so didn't have a great view, if you can afford to I would definitely get a sea view room/suite as the view is beautiful!
Suites have Jacuzzis on the balcony! They are in full view of everyone at the pool but they looked amazing!
Our room was nice and had everything we needed - a safe, good storage space, hair dryer, fridge etc. The bathroom was really nice and the shower was fantastic!
Rooms were cleaned to an excellent standard every day and the towels were changed as often as required.
All of the staff in the hotel were very friendly.
Special mention to the entertainment team Cecile and Aivis. They did a great job with the daily activities around the pool and the night time entertainment. Night entertainment was ok, not always to our taste but we had a good laugh either way.
Aivis especially was super nice and up for a laugh - watch out for the weekly water aerobics treat! He was great at getting people involved and introduced us to a group of people that we made friends with and have kept in touch with.
It was mostly British people staying at the hotel and nearly all couples - ranging in age from late teens up to 60s.
We got chatting to so many people and everyone was lovely.
Main buffet restaurant had loads of choice! We always found something good! Some things could have been to a better standard but we enjoyed it. BBQ at the a la carte restaurant was our favourite, the other night we ate there it was just ok.
Drinks prices are very reasonable!
The hotel has recycling bins on every floor - I loved this, this is the 1st hotel I've ever seen this in and the hotel had an environmental policy that you could read about in the lobby.
There's free WiFi in 1 section of the lobby - it's a bit unpredictable but I would never pay for it on holiday so it was good enough!
Hotel is a 15 minute stroll from the main area of Santa Eulalia where there are loads of bars, restaurants and shops. There's a cute little market there too. The tourist info box and bus station are nearby and you can also get water taxis from the marina.
Samovar restaurant next door to the hotel is definitely worth a visit for lunch.
