“Nice view by ferry”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2013

We did the Geiranger-Hellesylt cruise. Cruise takes about 1 hour and cost us (2 with car) 400 NOK.
The ferry was very convenient. A great view from the upper Deck. We recommended.

“Nature marvel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2013

The fjord is beautiful - take the boat trip for 1.5 hours early in the day to enjoy the sun. We took the 2:30 trip and had lots of fun.

“Geiranger Fjord RIB Boat”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2013

RIB=rigid inflatable boat (Zodiac) seating 15. Waterproof jumpsuits with hoods are provided. Guides/pilots professional and easy to hear. Got to walk through the town to the boat suited up looking like deep sea divers (without helmets) on their way to a dive...
A great high-speed (mostly) outing through the Fjord to awesome views of multiple cascading waterfalls, small towns & villages and solo summer cabins built high up the glacier-formed high mountains with zig-zag roads along the way. Everything in Geiranger is within mere feet of the dock and your tickets can be bought or redeemed (we purchased our ahead from home) at the Tourist Bureau (hint: they have 2 computer terminals offering 10 minutes of free internet..may be similar in other cities, also...my first time running into that)...this is a must in Geiranger

“Amazing place!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 19, 2013

When I was selecting a cruise I filtered by 3 cities I would not miss.. Geiranger is one of them. This is one of the most beautiful places I've been, the scenery is gorgious! And if you are in a cruise you cannot miss taking the traditional picture at the Flydal viewpoint with you and your cruise ship. When leaving Geiranger, at the first corner, you can see the Seven Systers. You can also have a view from the Seven Systers from the Eagle's bend.
