It's a really peaceful place, the reception women are not so friendly as the gentlemen. Rooms are nice but the bathroom is a litle small. Cleaning of the rooms is very good. The air conditioner has a little problem because is a central air, but if you call the reception, they fix it up.
I definitely will come again. :-)

The rooms are small, and the a/c malfunction was never addressed during our stay. The safe did not work either. Figured it was pretty useless to ask for a repair since the a/c went unaddressed. We checked in late (they were aware) and you would have thought we asked for the moon when we requested help with our luggage. The desk clerk FINALLY reluctantly came and got it out of the car. We opted to only take one suitcase as we were only staying two nights. The breakfast is included, but I found the waiters to be a bit on the snobbish side. (totally without reason). We had an additional couple of meals there, and the attitude was still the same. Its close to San Pio basicilla and that makes it worth the effort. The parking is strange, and the elevators are slow as can be.

Room Tip: If you need service for anything, ask until you get it. The hotel is beautiful, but the service is p...

We stayed here recently on our visit to SanGiovanni Rotundo. The location is excellent. You just have to cross the street to go to St Padre Pio Shrine. The overall appearance of our room was ok until I found a dirty pair of socks in the closet and a toothbrush on our bed. The staff did not go out of their way to try to please us. We were with a group of 29 people. They were not very friendly. The wait staff were rude to a few of our travelers. The food was very good. The real positive is the location to the shrine.

The Hotel Complex is very beautiful and walking distance to Padre Pio. Also only a 30-minute drive to Monte Sant'Angelo (San Michele).

The restaurant and service exceeded our expectation. Every dish we ordered was freshly made, delicious, and served very hot. Literally the BEST AUTHENTIC food! Waiters were attentive and friendly to all dinner guests. Morning breakfast which was included in our hotel stay was also very good. There is ample selection and the food was always fresh!

Hotel staff were very polite and quick to respond to any questions/requests.

The only issue we had was that the mattresses and pillows we much harder than we would have liked. If the hotel were to upgrade the mattresses and bedding this would be an AMAZINGLY PERFECT HOTEL!

Room Tip: The room was a good size. Nice size window to allow lighting. However, we found the mattresses and...

I could not even dream about super service we had. It was snowing ( not usual for Italy) and my shoes got wet. It was late but I asked about any shoe store to buy a pair. Everything was closed but the nice lady from reception brought me her brother's pair and just gave it to me. I have never had such a great service.
The food in the restaurant was delicious so try their sea food dishes. You will love it

If your main aim is to visit San Pio Sanctuary, then this is the best hotel to choose. It's directly opposite. After crossing the road, about 10 minutes' walk and you'll reach your destination. Place was simply crowded with tourists/pilgrims. We decided to go early (7.15 am) for breakfast, so we didn't have to queue much. Breakfast was basic. (There was no coffee corner or electric kettle in the room.)
Bed was comfy and soft with two pillows and a thick blanket. What surprised us were the floor tiles, but that's not a problem.
This hotel was big and spacious with statues of St. Pio in all sizes decorating its lobby. Many photos of him hang on the walls too. There was an article shop here as well.
We enjoyed our stay here.
