We were greeted at the reception by Costas , a very charming young man.
Our room had all required necessities , very comfortable and spacious.
The buffet breakfast was until eleven o'clock and even we were late everything provided was substantial. We had forgotten the milk for the baby, but Costas was kind enough to go and get some for us.
We had great time and definately go back !!!
Thank you very much Paliomylos :)

was there during the low season. although the breakfast was supposed to be buffet, it was quite limited. there wasn't any eggs, so requested for boiled eggs. they boiled 6 eggs, i ate 2, then the next day, they just put back the leftover 4 back on the table, cold from the fridge. (you can see the water condensation)
I'm glad I've only stayed for 2 nights as the bed was abit springy to have a comfortable sleep. the balcony door latch was spoilt but no replacement was done, so we just have to be careful about the latch not fall onto our feet. location is good, as we can walk to the beach. I thought it was a little expensive to pay compared to the one I paid in mykonos with very good rooms and breakfast. (Mykonos was supposed to be more expensive)

We are quite sorry to read this review. Our hotel is spotlessly clean, we do our uttermost best at all times. If there was a problem with anything in the room, the reception is open to correct any of your concerns. It would have been wiser to mention this to us during your stay. Therefore we can be on top of it. We take both positive and negative criticism seriously. I am surprised that you mention a balcony door handle when they are brand new and have been only put on in April. We absoloutely have a continenal buffet breakfast, which may not always include eggs. We try to rotate the delicious food, to make it more interesting. All our mattresses are orthopedic. I will have to disagree with you, the hotel is value for money.
Be well, thanking you.

Stayed here for 5 nights in August 2009 after 10 days at a 5 star in Mykonos.
We felt totally relaxed from the minute we arrived.
Our room was bright and spacious with a small kitchen, large terrace with sunloungers and a small balcony off the bedroom.
Its a 5 minute stroll into town so the location is fairly quiet and you aren't disturbed by the noise from the bars and restaurants down by the water.
Chryssy gave us some great tips for places to eat and beaches to explore- even phoning ahead for us to make reservations.
The only thing I'd change would be to stay a bit longer next time!

We stayed at Paliomylos this past year for the first time. We were there for a total of 10 days. We started out with a large group of 16 friends and ended with my family of 4. I have stayed at a hotel on the same street, but would only go back to Paliomylos. It has great views, each room has a wonderful balcony or patio and it is a perfect location in regards to the town of Naoussa. The staff was wonderful and they were the cleanest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. If anyone were traveling to Naoussa, I would definitely recommend this hotel whether you are on a romantic vacation, family, or just traveling with friends.

The room size was great for a European hotel, although the bathroom was a bit small and I agree with the other reviewer that the shower spilled onto the bathroom floor. It didn't matter much as there was a drain and plenty of towels. It was a quick walk to the little beach, town, grocery store, or a rental place if you wanted to travel the island. The room was clean and I actually thought the mattress was great - the best two nights of sleep I had in our 8 nights in Greece - guess that's a personal preference though. Nice view of the harbor and pool on our little balcony. Elena (the owner's cousin in law that basically runs the place) was a doll. She was very sweet and accommodating. The breakfast was good too. A nice spread of bread, cereal, cold cuts, and little warm cheese/meat filled pastries. I would definitely stay there again. Good value for the price.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful views over the harbor area. The grounds, pool, and public areas are very nice. Everything is spotlessly clean. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood - just a short walk to town. Staff was polite. Included continental breakfast was good.

The room was adequate. There was a kitchen area with fridge, hot plate, and sink, which was useful. The small balcony provided a nice place to sit and enjoy the view. Small TV, but no clock or radio.

There were some issues with our room. The mattresses on the twin beds definitely need to be replaced. We found them to be very uncomfortable. The bathroom was so tiny that the door did not open without hitting the sink. Very awkward space in which to maneuver. The shower curtain was not large enough to prevent water from escaping onto the bathroom floor. There was a drain for the excess water, but we still found ourselves standing in a puddle every morning. The phone in the room was not working during our visit.

Thank you for your positive review. Your remarks will help us improve our Hotel. We will take into consideration your few issues and improve the room that you are discussing.
Just for your notes, the Hotel is built in accordance to cycladic architecture. The cyclades people are quite small, therefore this is why some things may seem small, where as to others they seem standard.
Thank you for staying with us.

Regards
Chrys

Stayed here in Sept with a couple of friends. Accommodation was great - peaceful, laid back with a nice view of the sea. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the town & nearest beach. The town of Naoussa is lovely - would definetly recommend staying here for a taste of Greece with old cobbled streets & port side bars and restaurants. And this hotel would be my ideal spot to stay.
