This little gem in the heart of Naoussa is such a great contribution to the food scene in Paros. Last time we dined here with my husband, 3 years ago, we had a great culinary experience and we were looking forward to visiting it again this year. The food is a great blend of Mediterranean ingredients with a French flair. The highlight of the dinner was a beautiful sea bass dish with risotto and a maringe desert that tasted like an airy Pavlova but with a sorbet center. The restaurant itself is a small garden with an understated elegance and the service is great without being intrusive. There are some nice taverns in Naoussa serving Greek food but for an elegant and tasty culinary experience I would definitely recommend Le Sud!
