Easy to find, good location next to thermal facilities. The staff was very nice and helpful, heartly welcomed even with late arrival. Price was ok (we booked a 4-days special offer with half board). The restaurant was clean, menu choice was sufficient (dishes nicely decorated, sometimes too salty), buffet of salads with wide choice in vegetables with pretty fresh appearence, breakfast very nice with good choice on sweet and salty food. Drinks were at 4-star hotel level, so pretty expensive if compared with a pub or bar. Room was clean but not recently renovated, classical in style, not too big but enough for 2 people. Beds were far too soft (we asked for a harder mattress but they could only put a panel unfortunately with poor result). There was no minibar but tv with international channels, safe (instructions complete but there was no mention about the activation key we had to get at reception), heater and bathroom with hairdryer and buthtub (a square one, not very practical).
Indoor pool area was clean and pleasant, warm but not too much, with a nice view on the garden. Spa area was mostly open only in the afternoon. Bathrobe and daily changed towels were ready for use in the room.
Check out was average ok: we asked in the morning for separate bills directly to the owner (a pretty grumpy lady which difficultly smiled to us during our stay and clearly scratched against staff's friendliness) and asked if it was possible to leave the room in time but to stay in the poolarea until 2PM. She said we could use the facilities and that bills would be ready later as the reception staff would begin shift at noon.
We came to reception at 2:45 PM, bill wasn't ready and the lady said ironically "wasn't until 2PM?"
This lady and the final speech on check-out were the only black spot in an otherwise nice stay, but those last seconds accompained us until home...how to ruin nice memories in just a bit!

I am glad to tell you, that there is a change of ownership (Mother to Son), so the "grumpy old lady" is no longer in charge :-). But nevertheless - we are glad that you could relax for a few days in our hotel.
