Description: The Harbour Inn, Porthleven, is a lively pub situated on the harbour serving fantastic food all year round using fresh local produce. The decor is a comfortable blend of old and new, creating an atmosphere which is relaxed, informal and individual. “The Harbour Inn”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 9, 2013

The pub looks amazing, particularly when lit up at night.
Going inside the look and feel continues, perfectly lit and the ambience is spot on.
The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful too.
The food is well above average for a pub, with the carvery being a firm favourite.
If you're in Porthleven and you want to eat good food on a budget, this is THE place.

“Great Place for lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2013

Arrived here after a nice walk from Loe Bar to Porthleven. It was just beginning to rain and the Harbour Inn was a comfortable Inn to visit. Part of the pub allows Dogs to sit with their owners which is great when you have been for walk with them. The service was very friendly and we had a lovely Pea & Ham soup and roll and my daughter had cheesy tortilla chips. Simple comfort food - just what we needed. Nice family atmosphere. Not too crowded. Beautiful Hot Chocolate with marshmallows. Prices not bad. Would happily visit again

“Nice grub”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 31, 2013

Popped in while we were in the village to grab some lunch. Seemed like a typical pub really. Dark, dingy and unassuming. Atmosphere was quiet and non vibrant. Although the food was really tasty, we didn't find anything that would drag you back time and time again.

“Sunday carvery and location.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2013

Had a quite large family lunch on a sunny Sunday in early September . The place does get busy but our table for 1;30 was ready on arrival.and a before lunch pint outside on the harbour wall went down well. The carvery is adequate for the price charged. Fine dining it's not but well flavoured meat, bit over cooked but tasty ,and lots of sides. Good value for the money spent.
