We stayed at the Marina Suites for a week in September and were on the 9th floor overlooking the Marina. The views were incredible and there was always someting to look at when we relaxed on the balcony (we upgraded our room from standard). We opted for bed and breakfast. The self service breakast was amazing, there was so much to choose from and slight chAnges were made to the menu during the week. We also had a few"snacks'" at the poolside bar. The sandwiches are really good value for money ranging around the 4.5 euros mark and are served with chips too which is not specified on the menu. We did not eat at night in the hotel preferring to sample local restaurants instead. Previous reviews mentioned the drinks were expensive in the hotel. They were however no more expensive than drinks in the UK. I can mirror what has been said in previous reviews. The Marina Suites are spotless, the staff are really helpful and they all have a smile on their face and say hello. As we holidayed outside the school holidays we had no problem with sunbeds and always managed to get one. The pool is brilliant and we spent many a moment after breakfast sitting on the red and white chairs on the decking overlooking the sea where we could watch the boats come and go and view many crabs on the rocks below. The Marina Suites are perfectly situated. The beAch and many restaurants are only a short walk away and with the hotel's free wi fi we could pick and choose the best rated ones to visit on trip advisor (i can recommend Grill Costa Mar). You should definately take the ferry to Peurto Morgan (10 euros return) or little venice as it's known. It is very picturesque. Athough we also got the ferry to Arguinigan I was not impressed and would not recommend this ferry trip and suggest you read anout the area before any trip there. We had a fantastic holiday at the Marina Suites and are considering going back there again next year. You won't be disappointed at anything. Thankyou to all the staff at the hotel for such a memorable holiday.
