Reception-this is floor 9 at the top along with a little shop where you can buy basics. It didn't take long to check in, all staff speak good English. The views from this floor are breathtaking..we were allocated room 104 and also purchased WiFi for the week at a cost of €18. We took the lift(panoramic) and off we went..floor 1
these are our thoughts..
Balcony-this was a nice big balcony it had table and chairs plus great view of the sea!! Sun from around 10am all day
Room-first impressions not a bad size, living area is combined with kitchen you get TV that you have to pay for, it has a few English channels, sofa was comfy enough remember its a pad of foam lol. Kitchen was very basic fridge, cooker and kettle all worked fine. I think you can hire a toaster from reception too, we didn't bother but I did see somebody carrying one.
Bathroom-had a walk in shower which was very good, it was easy to get ideal temp and had amazing pressure. Plenty of towels too, Obviously loo, mirror etc
Bedroom-We always have to rearrange push beds together etc, no problem though. I always dread the comfort of the beds, they were actually not that bad one week and no back ache lol.
wardrobes, mirror, good lights and couple of power points. No air-con but was OK, plenty of windows you could leave open and temperature dropped cooler at night.
Complex-pool is on floor 4, What a suntrap!! The pool is not massive however its adequate, its really nicely set out. Lifeguard is very friendly he likes to speak English. If you want a topper for the sunbed just pay a € ea and he will get you one of these from his little lock up.
Poolside bar/Restaurant- Prices are ok, hot and cold drinks available ..plenty of happy hours for alcohol and lots of cocktails you can enjoy. freezer with lollies/ice cream you can buy.
Food was great, after ordering it was on your table within 10 mins, cooked fresh, hot and delicious, oh and portion sizes are really good. Happy bar staff can not do enough for you they really are nice.
after reading plenty of bad reviews I thought i am putting mine in. I read somebody actually moved out of the room we stayed in because of the lift, well we survived it lol being honest it is a little noisy but you can shut off from these things, I would rather have a little noise than no lift. On the upside there was no boom boom boom from music till early hours.
Go with an open mind and have a great stay, don't expect the Ritz because you have not booked the Ritz but its not a dump either, I love the place..
Its a Good clean base its what you make it..I always read reviews after i have been on my visit as I think I would cancel half of my trips if I read them before hand. we both had a great holiday.
We had room 104, Sea view. I would say all rooms have sea view however the higher number you are the...
