I just want to first say that it is in the PIAZZA so you enter into the piazza (across from the carousel and the bridge) and there are tons of cute restaurants and hotels and bars and a GORGEOUS church inside. But I have to tell you this because we were so confused finding it. You cannot park inside the piazza so you have to park outside on the street or something and then bring your luggage in through the cobblestone street. THen you have to find the main office, which is in through the piazza a little way and on your left. You get your keys and they help you to the actual room. On the way to the rooms, which are in a different building down the street, you pass by a little bar which they explain to you is where you will have breakfast in the morning. The rooms are up a tiny winding staircase so just be prepared for that, but once you are up in your room and settled, it is a precious room, clean, adorable decor, a wonderful bathroom with a disco shower-very funny, and a lovely view of the square below. You can kind of see the sea from the balcony through some buildings, which is nice. THe piazza is alive with families and tourists and locals most of the night and the bars seem to stay open late but with the window closed we slept peacefully in the comfy bed. The bar directly downstairs and out the front door is very welcoming and let us take our wine glasses back to our room and told us we could just tell the owners to return it in the morning. We ate at the restaurant that you see on the right when you first walk into the Piazza and there is no pasta but the pizza is pretty good. Breakfast was croissants and coffee/hot chocolate, very good.
