My husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant and were happy we did because we ended up going back for dinner three times! The restaurant does not have a view of the sunset but we didn't mind. We liked that the restaurant was in a quiet area, there wasn't a wait and it wasn't too windy. Apparently, Santorini is known for their white wine, white eggplant and tomato balls so we tried all three at this place.
Over a few meals, the stand out dishes we had were the braised lamb shank, moussaka, taramosalata, white eggplant dip (hot casserole appetizer), saganaki and tomato balls. You must order the baklava with ice cream at least once! Perfectly flaky and light yet rich and hearty at the same time...divine! The house red is good but the popular beer, Mythos, is served in a perfectly chilled mug that I really enjoyed.
The service is friendly, warm and attentive. The food is very fresh, flavorful and cooked perfectly. I will be back one day!
