“Wish I could give them 6 out of 5 stars”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 6, 2013

From the very beginning the staff set out to make your stay special. We were picked up by the hotel (which I recommend) with a cold towel and bottled water waiting for us in the van. Once at the hotel, we were greeted by the hotel manager, the front desk staff, and the manager of the restaurant with champagne waiting. All were there to personally introduce themselves. The customer service did not stop there - throughout our stay, they were always there to personally ensure our comfort. They arranged our atv (and later our car) to be dropped off at the square (immediately next to the hotel). The Return of the vehicles was also just as easy ( just leave the keys at reception. They handle the rest). Everything was seamless. A special thanks to Georgia and Dora for making our trip special. Always there and smiling. Great recommendations for dinner.

The breakfasts were over the top delicious. The menu changes daily and are typically a four course meal. You can just as easily order off the menu just the same. The staff of the restaurant aim to please.

The location is perfect. I agonized over whether to stay in imerovigli or oia (katikies). From our experience, oia is overcrowded and cramped. Great to drive to (about 20-30 minutes away), park and walk around. Imerovigli is small, but quiet and peaceful. Grace hotel has a wonderful way of having a full hotel but making it feel like you are the only ones there. The view was simply an 10/10. Could not imagine a more perfect location. The sunsets are a spectacle. Not to be missed. At grace, you can watch them from your porch / plunge pool or their amazing infinity pool. In oia, sunsets are typically seen at a public venue.

The hotel is spotless. The rooms are kept clean and are quite modern. A perfect place for couples. The restaurant serves fine dining.

Will definitely come back.

Room Tip: We stayed in their deluxe rooms with a plunge pool. Not sure what the other rooms were like, but wer...

One of the best luxury hotels at one of the best spots in the world. It's not only the spectacular views of caldera or the undescrible wonderfull sunset, it's the hole experience you live in a luxury hotel where you can have everything you could ask for. The rooms offer what ever you could thing of, to please any of the five senses. All the stuff are more than happy to be at your service, always with a smile. The breakfast was set but with a different touch every day and always delicious, as everythingthat we ate there was, too.

I got married in Grace Santorini in June 2012. It was a magical day for me, my fiance and all of our guests. To begin with, the stay at the hotel was amazing. Our guests were scattered in different hotels all around Imerovigli but i can safely say that our hotel was the best among all of them. The staff are EXTREMElY friendly. Joseph the manager so very helpful. The food is beyond amazing. The views from the hotel were just magnificent. The only minor drawback would be the several steps along the road to get to the hotel. That being said, it is not really a deal breaker, just a note in case u have difficulty walking or with kids. The wedding ceremony and dinner reception were tip top perfect. I would recommend it in a heart beat and look forward to going there again soon. I must say that the room rates are quite expensive but so is almost all of the island so it is understandable.

Room Tip: All rooms are heavenly

beautiful location , breakfast on the terrace overlooking the caldera absolutely stunning. Rooms are lovely and with a plunge pool where you can sit and watch all the cruise liners coming into the harbour , the only downside is that there are many steps down to the reception and then many more down to your room , but definitely worth it for the view , our room was at the very bottom and unfortunately was right next to the path where everyone walked past so there was very little privacy , But all in all a beautiful place , the walk into Fira every night was magical as it was like a beautiful fairyland

We had a gorgeous room with our own plunge pool, with the most amazing view as the hotel is in the "Caldera". It seems that all rooms are fabulous and share the same view. At sunset we were brought champagne and delicious nibbles, every day different ones. We felt really spoiled and the service is second to none. Staff was charming and would go out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast on the terrace was a treat and the restaurant serves delicious food. It's a good idea to rent a car to visit the sites including a visit to a vineyard to sample the Santorini white wine which is excellent. Stylish and elegant sums up the place. Would go back there any time!

A must place and gorgeous hotel..
If you want to feel like a bird and see for miles and miles, visit this beautiful place.
We had the best view ever , our own pool, triple aspect suite , views over the most amazing bay.
Such lovely friendly staff, fabulous food in the hotel or in the near by restaurants.

We took a private boat around the Caldera, and dove in the natural hot springs.

It has been said that the sunsets in Santorini are the best in the world. From the Caldera breathtaking views of the volcano & neighbouring islands. From the east, miles of dark sandy or pebbled beaches. Everywhere you look small domed churches and remnants of days gone by.

The main town of Fira is perched atop cliffs overlooking the sunken volcano, the views are truly outstanding.

Glorious sunsets are not to be missed.

Visit and I bet the 1st thing you say everyday is WOW.... what a view!
