Alain and Patrizia are wonderful hosts. The location is unbeatable, perched on a hill, nice breezes, great view, not too far away from St Maxime's/St Raphael/St Tropez's hustle and bustle, if that's what you want. While there is no pool, who needs one when the sea is across the street and many other beaches are within walking distance as well? The breakfast was lovely, they will make you whatever you want. The family rooms at the hotel were perfect, two separate rooms adjoined by a door and the children's room had enough for 3 kids with 3 beds (which is hard to find). The hotel is extremely clean, the beds comfy, the sea facing rooms have an amazing view and I believe most rooms have a very nice terrace. We didn't find the traffic that loud at all, and the AC was the most quiet I have ever heard yet worked very well when needed. The only suggestion I would make is perhaps to have more fresh fruit (peaches, melon, berries) for breakfast and on the menu in general. In fact a lot of the eateries/hotels we visited in the S of France are surrounded by these lovely markets with delectable fruits and veg and yet what is being served in the restaurant is obviously not from those markets? That and if they added robes in the room, I'd say it is more like a 4 star hotel :).
Room Tip: The family room, I think it was 18, was ideal for a family of 5.
