“Probably the best hotel in Bulgaria”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 8, 2013

Hotel is really great. Very nice location in the park on sea shore. Rooms are very nice equipped and comfortable. Interiors are top quality. The hotel is nice for vacation as well as for business. Atmospher is too nobel but in general place is definitely worth to visit.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2013

we stayed here on the first night of our 5 night trip which took in 4 different hotels and whilst this was the most expensive at £100 a night it was also the most comfortable and luxurious. our room had a balcony and the bar and restaurant were very comfortable and well furnished.
it is in a great location and all the staff were friendly and spoke excellent English .

Room Tip: ask for a room with a sea view , it costs a little bit more but is worth it.

Good location near sea and port, in the park. Large windows and terasse - the view gives piece and relax. Excelent interior design - also in restaurant and lobby bars. Comfortable beds. Hi level of cleaness. Helpfull staff. Fresh and delicios food.

The hotel lies excellent to the beach and to the center with very good traffic connection and infrastructure (park).
The hotel is very well maintained and some rooms are like apartments (318).
The hotel has altogether a really good standard, service of the staff is 5 star , all of them English speaking and smiling.
There is high speed Internet access but only in the lobby free, not in the rooms. Apart from this there were all needed in the room: iron, safe, mini bar, Tv and big bathroom.
I will go in the hotel for leisure in the summer with the family. Thanks to the Chef and F&B Manager for the great stay.

After reading some negative reviews about this place, our expectation was low, but our experience was wholly satisfactory. I wouldn't go near Burgas in the height of the season. It's all the things I try to escape, but out of season it is quiet and charming. It may be the same for this hotel. We stayed out of season and found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, the breakfast good, and the staff unfailingly polite and friendly. The indoor pool is probably the nicest I have seen, and there is also available, a sauna, an aromatherapy room, a steam room and a jacuzzi, Gym etc., and these are all free for guests. We really enjoyed using these every day. If you take advantage of these benefits you will get excellent value for your stay. I know of no other hotel in this price range that offers all these included in the price.

went for a business week in this hotel and get dissapointed by the hotel
the hotel by itself is nice with large room, perfect localisation, the staff is super and eager to halp you but some details show you that you are not in a 5 stars hotel
for example
we were staying for 4 nights, they never changed the sheets
the number of towel are very small only 2 when you have in your room : shower - tub and sink
the mini bar is very poor in term of choice
the vanity set wasn't change during the whole stay (4 coton pad for ears for 4 days!!!)
after the balcony was amazing but we could n't enjoy it because it was dirty

the spa is nice with nice choice of treatment and the pool amazing

3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2012 via mobile

Good hotel but the service is unacceptable. No free wifi. Breakfast after 7:30 only. Cafe that taste really bad. No heat/air conditioning, all hotel must have the same temperature not what you feel. Restaurant with the most food being fish and no friendly staff if you don't tip.
