Place is lovely !! Pirces are even better!! Very good value for money !!! Pawel and Piper are best hosts I ever meet.

If you look for adventure in national geographic style. This is the place that you should go !!

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Yoga terrace is a lovely place to relax.

I heard about problems with the previous manager, and I'm happy that this guy is gone now. He almost ruin this place completely. Thanks God for Pawel and Piper they make this place sparkle again.

I can't understand people who complain about this place. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not a place for you !

Management was almost non existent, seems like it is being run while we were there by very young and very inexperienced young men. No food or amenities or even a cold drink.
But the place itself is rather charming, and cheap as it should be.
Experienced travler, bargain hunters, this is for you

We just came back from our Costa Rica trip and we went to many nice and way more expansive places than Cascada Verde, but this place is awesome.
Pipper and Pawel two lovely hosts welcomed us as the only guests beside a young family and gave us very useful information.
We red before some mixed reports about the place, but found out that the people running it have changed and we ware very surprised. We did a great waterfall tour with Pawel and had some fun days on the beach and the nearby waterfalls.
Cascada Verde is a great place to come with family, helpful and friendly hosts and every dollar worth to stay.

I had heard great things about Cascada Verde, but unfortunately the reality did not match the hype. The place could be more described as a "hippy lodge" built out of junk material. The place is also a complete fire hazard. A quick look at their electrical system showed a very dangerous situation possibly in the making.

When we first arrived to Cascada verde, we imagined some kind of paradise lodge. Instead, the rooms are poorly designed, uncomfortable, and nothing works as advertised.

We were told by several local businesses to stay away from this place, as the owner, a German-born expat who lives next door (Patrick?), also has a very bad reputation in this town.

It was overall a very bad stay and we would not recommend it to anyone.
