I wouldn't term this as a hotel, more of a motel or a homestay. They have some 8 rooms, which are spacious and clean. The bathroom we got was not in a very good state though and can definitely use some maintenance. They have warm water only from 7-8:30 am and its just lukewarm, not hot. They did bring us hot water in buckets in the evening when we asked, which was nice. There is a restaurant in the same compound so if you dont want to go far, you can eat Punjabi food there. We tried it one night and it was average.

Very good hotel for stay. The room is awesome and have a huge bathroom and the hotel has ample space, with a play area for children. The restaurant is average but the staff are very friendly specially Dilip and Sunanda.
We enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Room Tip: Garden facing back side room are ideal for couples and family.

Hotel Savoy Village is a small property with a colonial style cottage with rooms which are clean and well maintained. The service is quite personalized and good-- the hotel has a homely feel. The main advantage is that the hotel is walking distance to the main market in Mahabaleshwar yet avoids the hustle and bustle of a hotel in the market. The hotel has a busy dhaba style restaurant with decent Punjabi food options, and they provide a good breakfast usually included in the room charge. Guides are available right outside the gate of the hotel and there is adequate car parking available. Variety of rooms which can house couples, families as well as groups. If you are looking at a value for money homely stay option with simple but clean facilities, this hotel might be a good option for you in Mahabaleshwar.

we had been there towards the end of Nov'12. The location is great with an open restaurant, the verandahs or sit outs were so spacious, the room quite big and furnished, the staff were very courteous and unobtrusive, the food in general was very good though a little spicy, the bathroom though spacious had no ventilation and felt that they should have done the needful for the same.
In short, it was a pleasant stay and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.

Booked it online. Was not much impressed with snaps on their website but went for it because of budget constraints. But after reaching the place it was really special experience. Manager (or owner donno exactly) was a wonderfull guy. Location is great 2 mins walk from Mahab market. Cleanliness was maintained. Complimentary breakfast was also awesome.

Some cons
Average restaurant food (You can go try else where lots of options nearby)
No campfire

Overall it was great experience

Highly recommended for people with medium budget.
