Stayed here for the Easter weekend for 2 nights. Had the family room with an extra bed so was a slightly tight squeeze with 2 adults and 2 teenage girls, but no complaints from us as it was our choice and all the other little touches made up for it - dried flower arrangements in the bathroom, bubblebath, cotton balls, plenty of choice on the hospitality tray, comfortable beds, TV with DVD and lovely views watching the new lambs play in the fields.
Breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked. We also made use of the guest kitchen as after a long day at the Ice Bowl watching the synchronised skating competition we just could not be bothered to go out to eat. We also made friends with their lovely alsation dog Otis, he kept bringing his football to the girls wanting to play!
We will hopefully be back in Dumfries next year and will not hesitate to book Soutpark House again.
