Having seen the wonderful reviews for this B&B I cannot tell you how dissapointed I was when faced with the reality of a somewhat average B&B.
The lavender in the French room was not fresh, it was in fact a plug in horrible smelly artificial air freshener.
The room consisted of old junk furniture badly painted.
Overall the whole property was shabby.
The continental breakfast was poor at best, and served with none of the usual welcome you would expect in a B&B.
I can only assume the other reviewers are easily pleased.

I agree with all above. I was there with my father and we got offered 2 rooms at no extra charge. The owner is very nice the breakfast gorgeous. Best in Town. Avoid the Copperfields Vegetarian Guesthouse: as I wrote in my review it is more expensive and the owners are rude
68 is the place to go.

Fantastic place to stay. The whole house is clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms look superb and you're looked after very well - breakfast was amazing. I had been staying at a hotel in Ramsgate which was more expensive and not nearly as nice. Not any more.

Number 68 is a truly great B&B. We normally hate B&Bs as they are very cramped but the Chinese room at number 68 is spacious with the most comfortable superking bed. They have everything including herbal teas! The breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit and Greek yougurt and a full cooked breakfast if you can manage it.

The location is great, right by town and the beach. Broadstairs is a cute little town too with the potential for long walks. We really recommend a stay here.
