We had a table overlooking the sea on the lower patio of this restaurant. (Many steps to go down or there's an elevator.) Despite the descent we were still high up above the glittering waters below with an incredible view of the Amalfi coastline. Their steamed mussels and clams appetizer was as fresh as can be, simply but deliciously prepared still in their shells and sitting in their own juice with an addition of butter and light garlic and other spicing. Fantastic. Shared the local fish catch of the day - taken off the bones at our table side - hot but not overcooked at all. Sides of artichokes and fresh local veggies. A bottle of Costa d'Amalfi Per Eva 2010 (blend of falanghina, pepella & ginestra grapes). All magical.
