We only spent one night in Amalfi on a rainy weekend in January and when we asked the owners of our hotel for a restaurant recommendation A'Paranza was among the two places they mentioned. It's just a 20-25min walk from Amalfi, located in the middle of the charming town of Atrani. We were the only ones that evening (I understand that it's normally booked out) and had the full attention of the waiter who made great recommendations which we followed and we didn't regret it. We had the catch of the day prepared the local way, fish carpaccio and a seafood pasta and a delicious wine from the Feudi di San Gregorio. It was one of those special eating experiences that you don't easily forget and we are still grateful for the recommendation and happily recommend the place to anyone looking for a really high quality local eating experience.
