My wife and I had an excellent time staying at B&B Vietri Centro during our recent honeymoon. In the first place, it's a really nice B&B in a charming old building that is well situated on a bustling pedestrian street in central Vietri. You can easily walk to restaurants, markets, bus stops and the Vietri train station. In the second place, the owner Fausto is a great guy -- friendly, attentive and professional. You can tell he really cares about his B&B and his guests. He keeps the place spotless, makes a mean Italian breakfast and even shuttled us back and forth to Salerno in his car. Vietri is a nice spot to stay on the Amalfi, with the feel of a small town and amenities that are unusual for the area -- a train station and proximity to Salerno, a travel hub with good non-touristy restaurants. I highly recommend staying at Fausto's place in Vietri.
