This is a bit different and well worth a visit. Lovely terrace - eating under an enormous fig tree, even on a dull day, was a nice experience. Decor is modern, crisp and clean. Staff very smartly turned out and faultlessly efficient and friendly.
The food is a slightly modern twist on traditional favourites - beautifully cooked and presented (and the menu notes show pride about the provenance of the meat and fish).
The only down side is that it appeared on this occasion to be over priced. We ate light lunches, and in the uk I would have expected to pay half the price that I paid here. Light lunch portions were, in the case of the calamares and the octopus, rather small for the money. It can't be denied that the economic crisis may be to blame for this......
Main courses may present better value for money.
Definitely worth a try if you are not on a tight budget.
