“Super!!!!!”

This trip and especially this hotel, beat all previous travel experiences I have had with my family. It was not long before we were sitting with the owners as friends.
Although it is now been almost three months since we came home, our boys (7 and 9 years old) still talks about the amazing stay and the desire of both is to go back there again. We adults can only agree.
We booked this trip to get a time of peace and quiet in a sunny spot, which many said was impossible at this destination, since it consists mostly of young partypeople in the city. Luckily, the hotel is not located in the city center but a comfortable walk away to help ensure a quieter place.
We have read the previous reviews and disagree with the ones giving bad feedback, the hotel is very nice, the prices are very good and if you want you can in just a few minutes be down on the party street with a taxi (we even got a ride with someone from the hotel on a few occasions).
The pool area was great (chairs are available to all at any time of the day)
The rooms are very large so 4 people in a room is no problem whatsoever.
We will definitely visit this hotel again and wish the owners all luck.

PS! When you are in Faliraki you MUST go to Manolis restaurant! DS!

Great location and service! Close walk to the beautiful Anthony Quinn bay.. And great size pool at the hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly and know the island so well for me to get around for exploring! Rooms are clean and tidy... The food was great traditional greek food.. Would defiantly come back and stay here!

Don't let the work Faliraki put you off this hotel, it may only be 20 mins walk to the centre Faliraki, but it is so peaceful it might as well be the other side of the island. Zoe's is a family run hotel and is surrounded by countryside, half of the rooms have a sea view in the distance. there are no other commercial properties in the area so offers peae and quiet. The hotel has its own gardens, with olive, fig and lemon trees all around. The rooms are a good size, can easily sleep 3 adults without falling over one another; they are spotlessly clean, have a TV with a variety of channels; most Greek channels offer programmes in english from teatime onwards. Air conditioning is also available. There is a bar on site, and food is served up until 9pm at night. Zoe herself does the cooking so it is high quality Greek home cooking. Faliraki is approx 20 mins walk away, but a taxi would cost approx 10 euros each way. The family really look after you, greek hospitality at its best. I will definately return, had one of the most relaxed holidays in a long time.

Room Tip: all rooms have garden/pool views and are situated away from the bar area, not that it gets that nosi...

Had a lovely week stay at Zoe's hotel-studios early September. The hotel and pool area are spotlessly clean and well kept, the pool is the nicest and cleanest we've ever known from a hotel and there are plenty of sun loungers so that was never a problem. Because of it's position the pool and pool area are in the sun literally from sunrise to sunset which was fantastic! The food at the snack bar was lovely and reasonably priced, although the beers were fairly expensive (only a problem on the first night when we hadn't been out and bought some from the shops). Our room was plenty big enough, extremely clean and with a lovely balcony and pool view. Shower was fixed to the wall which makes a nice change from the usual hand held shower heads in Greek hotels, and with a shower curtain so the bathroom didn't end up flooding as we've had to deal with in the past! Towels were changed four or five times in the week we were there (very impressed with this) and sheets changed twice as well as new toilet rolls being set out every few days. Only issue with the kitchen was that there wasn't a toaster, but it wasn't a big deal. We paid for air con but had to re-arrange the beds after the first night as the air con did nothing to cool the room down, only the spot directly under it benefited at all so we moved the beds so our heads were under it and slept fine after that. All in all the staff were lovely, the pool and pool area was exceptionally clean and beautiful, the rooms were big, clean and got lots of light.

The only downside of the hotel is its location. We'd read all the reviews saying '15/20 min walk into Faliraki centre' - however it's a good 35minute walk (we timed it on several occasions), and that's coming from a fit and healthy 20year old couple. On a cooler evening this didn't bother us at all, although there is nothing really en route so it's a bit of a boring walk along a dual carriageway (part of which has no pavement). During the heat of the day though (38degrees C average while we were there) or with shopping bags (apart from the sparsely stocked mini mart on site there are no shops near Zoe's, you need to go into Faliraki for shopping) it was a fair trek. A taxi from the hotel into town was about 8 euros and from town to the hotel was 6 euros. Zoe's is a 15 minute walk to Anthony-Quinn Bay and Ladiko Bay, we went to see what they were like but didn't actually spend any time there, they're both just small bays with sun loungers and a restaurant/cafe/bar on the beach bit but be warned it's a steep walk up/down from the main road down to the bays! We got the bus to Rhodes town one day, there's a bus every half hour (and they have air conditioning we were relieved to discover) from the main road for 2.20euros each way and takes about 20 minutes - be warned though, restaurants are considerably more expensive in Rhodes town than Faliraki.

Restaurants are a bit limited in Faliraki, not as many as you'd expect.. If we'd have stayed for two weeks we'd of run out of places to eat, but the prices and standard of food was overall very good. At the crossroads when you first get into town there's a restaurant on the left called Acropol or something, their food was easily the best in Faliraki - I had the chicken souvlaki and I honestly can't remember a better meal I've had all year - it was fantastic! If we hadn't of only discovered this restuarant at the end of the holiday we'd of gone back and eaten again for sure. Nightlife was okay but again a bit limited, the 'strip' is fairly short/small with maybe half a dozen clubs and a few bars (and, disproportionately, three strip clubs) - we got the impression it'd be a good, lively night out in July/August but we were a bit late for all of that which suited us to be honest.

5/5 for Zoe's hotel - would recommend to all and would stay again

Absolutely incredible! All of the staff at Zoe's made us feel very welcome from the start. We were greeted on our arrival late at night and taken to our room which was clean and spacious. Air con, Internet and safety box are available at extra cost. Most if not all rooms have both a pool and sea view including beautiful surroundings at the hotel (which were tended to on a daily basis). Faliraki centre is approximately a 25 minute walk away from the hotel which isn't a problem if you do not mind walking. This distance makes the hotel quiet and peaceful at night. The hotel lobby area includes a bar, eating area, two computers for Internet, pool table, tv and sofa area. There is also toilets and a mini market, which sells water at a cheaper price than the shops amongst other necessities. During the day the pool was never over-crowded which meant sunbeds and umbrellas were always available. Ladiko beach and Anthony Quinn bay are a 15 minute walk away and a must see! Lastly, we would like to thank the whole family at Zoe's for a lovely and welcoming stay. We were even seen off with a drink for the road! Kieran and Alix.

Zoe's Studio Hotel is the best one in Rhodos ! It's near Faliraki center , that's a really nice place, where there is a lot of guys and cool bars and clubs ! Zoe's is also near the most beautiful beaches of the island..Ladiko and Antnoy queen bay ! By the way Zoe's is a really clean hotel, it has a really beauty pool and the personal is kind and really friendly ! Me and my friends stayed there for 2 weeks and we didn't want to leave anymore ! so if you have to chose a place where make your holidays you must go there, it's the best one! ;)
