“Just perfect!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2013

We've just returned from our first visit to Lesvos and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The warm welcome we received from the owners (Nickolas & Vasilis) upon our arrival was only a sign of things to come, as the level of service throughout our stay remained at an exceptionally high standard - far above the advertised 3-star rating we were expecting. The hotel reception and restaurant were spacious, the rooms well appointed, clean and comfortable, the breakfast excellent and the pool fantastic. The hotel is in a quiet location at the edge of the town, however, the beach is only a short 3-4 minute walk, and the village shops, bars & restaurants another 10 minutes away. The resort of Petra was generally quiet in the evenings - very low key - and the nearby town of Molivos more picturesque, however, this proved to be a perfect base for lazy days on the excelllent beach and a couple of interesting day trips. So if you're going to Lesvos - put your trust in the Moisis brothers & their fantastic staff - rest assured, you won't be disappointed!

I stayed 1 week at this place with my sister and parents.
What a nice welcome we got by the two brothers.
We had spacious rooms with balcony high up with sea view - incredibly beautiful.
The pool area was nice and cleaned every morning.
The brothers had humor and were really helpful.
Definitely a place I would visit again.

At first we want to say it is a very fine Hotel leaded by a Family Staff and so is the feeling all arround the time we spent in this Hotel, on the pool , in the restaurant and at the pool bar.
First time is time we learn to know, how it works whit the conditions and whit the people who work and live in this hotel, first realations are growing and than , a few days later , we feel like at home. Most guests are english spoken and so we have some troubles to improove our english , but in this familiair atmosphere of the hotel it is no problem.
The room was always clean, also the shower and the toilett. we had a good overview from our balkony over the area arround the hotel to the beach and we can see the Monastir of Petra also like the Fortress from Mollyvos...in the night it was quiet and we slept wonderful.
Breakfast was ok and lunch or dinner also fine..service was alltimes professional and friendly.
I am sure, we will come again soon or later..and we hope to find the same friendly family and staff again on our next holidays in Petra..

Room Tip: Try to find a room on first or second level if you have low condition :-)

Spent 2 weeks at this amazing hotel. Nice view over the bay and the city of Pétra.
The staff is very prof, kind, helpful and smiles 24/7.
The rooms are spacious with a large balcony.
The hotel is spotless clean and have a beautiful garden - from where there's served tomatoes, cucumber, melons etc.
Nice breakfast buffet.
Close to the beach and the bus which takes to beach in Anaxos, the hot springs in Eftalou or the village Molivos.
If you're looking for a calm place with plenty of sun beds and a large pool, you should choose this hotel.
I'm definately going back!

Our second stay at this wonderful hotel ...( this time in July 2013 for 8 days ) almost all of the hotel rooms has a magnificent view over Petra and the sea , and the beautiful garden .
wi-fi is free and can be reached at at about 80% of the rooms , we could easily reach the signal from our balcony ..which was fine ( you cant stop looking at the view anyway ..so thats where you are when your not at sleep ) . the staff and family is kind and professional and keep the hotel almost spotless and clean .
The breakfast at the hotel is ordinary/ continental ...and some of the fruit served are from the hotels own garden ..sweet and delicious . We spend most of the time at the pool area , when we wasn't around on the beautiful green island of Lesbos .We didn't eat any dinner at the hotel but used some of the other fine restaurants in Petra and Molivos .
Remember that the area can bee very steep to some of the highest located rooms and good legs and health are needed ...but the view is worth the climb
We would love to come back .....and we would love to come back to this hotel .

Last year me and my frienf stayed at panorama for 5 days. It was our headquarter for a nice Lesvos tour. Clean rooms, good meals, always smiling staff and two lovely brothers running their family business, Vasilis and Hristos.

We will be there again at the beginning of August, but this time with 8 people. We feel happy there, because we are from Turkey and almost everthing is very similar..

Room Tip: From upper side for better panoramic view..

A delightful hotel, with amazing swimming pool, and kind and thoughtful owners. A pleasant, short walk into the village for supermarkets, shops and restaurants. I tend not to use tv, Internet, phones on holiday so any short comings in this area passed me by. We were there in early May, Looking for flowers, but as it had been a hot early start to the season things had progressed too far. We did enjoy the quiet roads and easy access to some of the most picturesque villages. Lovely variety of landscape and some very good and inexpensive tavernas. Flamingoes at Kalloni and petrified forest at Sigri plus lots lots more.
At the end of a busy day comfortable room to go back to, fling open the windows on to the veranda and there it is all laid out before you, the view! One of the best.
Oh, and did I mention the roses and veg patch all carefully tended by Costa, the owner. The rose fragrance floated in the air. Also well done to wife, Sophia, for the best Greek salad ever!
I booked this holiday through a company via a national British paper, paid the single supplement and decided by the end of the week it was the most disorganised trip I had ever been on. The expert didn't have the definitive book with him in the field. When ever did you go on one of these guided holidays when a rather battered flower/bird/mammal book was not passed round to be enjoyed and discussed. Rather unfortunately, there was definitely an 'A' and a 'B' team on this holiday which I have never encountered before. Never mind, Lesvos, I have discovered is a great holiday destination with lots to do. The tourist board produce a Walks in Lesvos, booklet which take you along ancient paths, up and down, throughout the island. Might pass you on the donkey track one day!
