“Perfect for a family”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 29, 2013

Anezina Villas was a true joy to stay in. It was clean, towels and sheets were changed everyday and the owners were really friendly. The pool was gorgeous, although if you have children it is very deep. My 8 year old could only just touch the bottom at the shallow end. Don't let this put you off though, this hotel was very family friendly and felt very safe. We had a villa by the pool which was fab. Air conditioning was extra but worth it. There is a 24 hrs bakery about 75 yards away, turn right out of the hotel gates, moussaka or chicken pie at 2€90, bread 0.90€ AMAZING cakes and ice creams. Oh, and the Holiday rep told us she had just booked her mum to stay there because it was the nicest place in Perissa. Thank you Anezina for a lovely stay.

Great choice for accommodation in Perissa. Small number of rooms some of which are located around the pool. Very reasonable prices for drinks in the bar adjacent to the pool (2.5 euros for a large beer). Rooms are kept very clean and towels changed regularly. Helpful staff and extensive choice of beach front tavernas within a five to ten minute walk. A 45 minute walk from the villas will take you to ancient Thera which is an interesting visit but take plenty of water and set out early as it is a reasonably steep climb.

Room Tip: Villa 9 is poolside, has five beds, two bathrooms and a small kitchenette.

We have just returned from Anezina Villas. What a beautiful place. The family who run these villas are lovely and if you had any problems would help you out. Beautiful pool, clean, gardens are well looked after...we loved it. Yes the people that stay here are Brits...and the problem with that is??? We met some lovely people. So the shower curtain is short and the fridge did freeze things if you put food close to the freezer compartment, not a problem for us. The beach and restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk and everyone that we met were so friendly. We would really recommend these lovely villas, thinking of going back next year.

Room Tip: Room no 6 has a great balcony if you choose an inward view.

Warning – the owners confirmed their guests are 100% British! Pleasant enough surroundings, like many others of its type, with standard, package holiday units clustered around a pool. We had an upstairs apartment which had irritating deficiencies – including a malfunctioning, noisy fridge that froze everything, plus a too-short shower curtain that instantly turned the bathroom into an unintended, drenched wetroom. Simple things that could have been fixed, but which made us happy to leave after our 3 night stay. One nice touch: they will happily transfer guests to/from the airport, in their very own, somewhat Greek used car!

We Stayed in room number 5 which was away from the pool and over looks the carpark, but please don't be put off by this (as I was at first to my shame) the room is spotlessly clean, quiet and the biggest balcony ever! All your basic amenities (hairdryer, ironing board and small kitchen area with big fridge)
The actually pool area was amazing, plenty of sunbeds and the most stunning views of the mountains, we did not eat there but food is available. 5 minutes to the beach and the 24 hour bakery (the pies OMG!) Also, special mention to the staff and the other guests who were so friendly it made this quite a memorable holiday.

The Anazina Villas are in a great spot just minutes from the beach ,shops , bars and restaurants. The family that own them are wonderful , nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean thanks to Anna the cleaner who works from early morning 7 days a week. We arrived home today and will definately go back to Anazina in the future.

I am going home tomorrow after spending two glorious weeks at "Anezina Villas" on the Magical Island of Santorini..I have stayed here many time before. If you are looking for basic comfortable accommodation kept in impeccable clean order throughout then I highly recommend Anezina. It is a small complex of units, a very pleasant pool area and pool bar, serving simple but good food, drinks and ice cream, a small supermarket opposite supplies all basic needs, and a short stroll will bring you to the Bakery.Anezina is a Family run establishment and they do everything to make your holiday comfortable and memorable. A short stroll will bring you to Perissa Beach, fronted by many Restaurants and Tavernas. Santorini is served by an excellent if somewhat erratic bus service, but fares or cheap and the Bus is fun.Explore to see the wonderment of Santorini.
