“Lovely stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013

We had such a lovely time at Zorzis Hotel. Spiros and Hiroko are very welcoming and the hotel is spotless and airy. The greek yoghurt for breakfast with honey was amazing and I miss it. We enjoyed the pool at the end of the day and the hotel is very close to Perissa's beach and restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely, chilled Santorini holiday.

Couldn't have asked for more for our honeymoon. Two weeks in beautiful, quiet and spotlessly clean hotel. Spiros and Hiroko are terrific hosts while Maria quietly works her magic in your room.
The hotel is a short walk to the beach and it's many and varied restaurants.

We have been staying here for the past four or five years and still consider it to be an excellent hotel. Both Spiros and Hiroko welcome us like long-lost friends and there are so many little things to admire about everything they have to offer. We stayed in an upstairs room for the first time and it had been updated with a king-size bed and benefitted from a large balcony. Linen and towels are changed daily and there are also towels available for the pool. We had a welcoming drink and, as regulars here, we were also given a bottle of wine. I enjoy the stories that Spiros shares with us over a late night wine and we value their hospitality. The pool area is spotless, quiet and there is even a jacuzzi to lounge in.
Breakfast , although adequate, is limited and we now believe that, maybe, they need to offer a wider selection that is in line with other establishments.

Well we're still here and really don't want to leave, still 3 days left of a fabulous holiday. We booked this fantastic hotel based on trip advisor reviews and it hasn't disappointed. We wanted a relaxing week with no pressures and we've certainly found it. Spiros and Hiroko are the perfect hosts, they work tirelessly to make sure their guests are happy and nothing is too much trouble for this charming couple. The hotel is just perfect, spotlessly clean and comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Breakfast is simple and satisfying and Spiros, a real gentleman likes to have a little splash of wine with his guests before they head off to bed. Lots of guests use this hotel for 2, 3, 4 nights while they explore beautiful Santorini - we wanted to chill and do absolutely nothing and that's exactly what we're doing. I sense another stay here is imminent as we haven't seen anything of the island and that suits us just fine!

I Took trip advisor reviews and these exceeded every expectation!!.
Everything from the breakfast room to the pools, and our room was immaculate to say the least. Towels changed every day and Hiroko or Rocco as we called her! just could not sit still, always attending to the beautiful flower displays (we saw many people stopping to take photos)
Also taking care of us when we needed information on getting around.
Nothing was to much trouble, and she did not mind how many times you asked the same question on how to get somewhere, as we in are not used to such an efficient bus service in the UK, although was really easy as they have a great air con bus service just outside at just a few euros.
Maria did a great job of ensuring the rooms were spotless clean on a day back from the beach. We had lovely meals out every night, and really liked restaurant Volcano on the beach,
which we went to 3 evenings, you had to wait a little for the food but it was well worth it as every thing was served hot and tasty as was very reasonable priced.
On return each evening Spiros was there to greet us, where we shared a little (or lot) of wine.
Special thanks go to Spiros & Rocco for their extraordinary hospitality
It has been a trip to remember forever and will certainly recommend to all our friends!!

We have just returned from a holiday staying in both Santorini and Crete and were lucky enough to have chosen this small boutique hotel. We had three nights here but wished we had stayed longer, Spiros and Hiroko are wonderful hosts and made our stay a wonderful experience. The hotel is immaculately clean, very tastefully decorated and our room was really pleasant looking out at the side over the lovely pool area. Breakfast is simple but always fresh and plentiful. Returning to the hotel in the evening we were invited by Spiros to partake in a glass or two (or three!) of local wine and listen to his interesting tales or advice on his homeland. Hiroko too is passionate about the island and our trip was enhanced by their recommendations. A wonderful hotel, fabulous hosts and a beautiful island. We hope to return and there is only one place to stay!!

We stayed at this hotel based on the recommendation of friends and the reveiws on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed and it exceeded our expectations. This is just the most friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. The owners Spiros and Hiroko take an interest in all their guests starting with a personal welcome on arrival at the hotel through to the 'nightcaps' before bed. The hotel is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Furnishings and fittings are of a high standard. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in - and certainly the best on any holiday we have been on. Clean towels and bed linen every day. The pool area with jacuzzi is immaculate and the perfect place to end your day after relaxing on Perissa's black beach. Perissa is the perfect base for a holiday in Santorini with trips to Fira and Oia a must. We used the local bus which stops outside the hotel and it was brilliant. Another must is a sunset cruise - very romantic and the sunset is spectacular. We booked in the resort at the agent across the road from the hotel and at 30 euros it was an absolute bargain. The location of the hotel is fantastic - on the main road through Perissa. We had a room at the front of the hotel and there was no road noise at all thanks to the double glazing. Dorians Bar over the road was fab - with cocktails at 3 euros each. Lots of other lovely bars and restaurants on the main road and on the beach front - all reasonably priced. Santorini wine is also very good indeed! We loved Santorini and this hotel and hope to return soon.
