On arrival we were pleasantly welcomed to the hotel. We checked in and we then shown to our room (we prebooked a 1st floor, pool facing).
Room had a double bed (sheets get changed every 2 days, towels every day), air con, tv, fridge.
We had a little balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. Along the wall was a small washing line at low level. The view was overlooking the pool/bar area and also the big mountain as the backdrop.
Bathroom was a bit cramped, with the toilet slightly offset in the corner and the shower tray in the other corner. Toilet roll holder had been broken off and the shower head holder had also been broken off, so you had to hold the shower head while taking a shower. The shower curtain was not long enough so the bathroom floor got flooded. But this is what we have found in Greece and we accept this.
The Breakfast area is in a room that looks like it is fitted out for a wedding, it looks very nice. We had a really good breakfast where you could choose from tea, coffee, bread, toast, jam, honey, ham, cheese, cake, cereal, yoghurt, fruit etc. You will not be disappointed.
The pool area was clean and tidy, with sunloungers around the pool along with straw topped umbrellas. You can get some refreshments from the bar at the end of the pool.
The staff can’t do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. They are very pleasant and greet you when you see them, they speak very good English and are always happy to chat and answer any questions you may have.
The overall experience was very good, I would recommend anyone to stay here.
We stayed in Room 16, this has a nice view over the pool area.
