Booked 3 nights through a travel agent in Athens. First night we were told there were no double beds (as requested) for that night but we could move the following day to a double bedroom. That was ok with us, until the manager told us the next day there was still no double bed available. After showing him some frustration he gave us a double room in one of his 'sister' hotels down the road. We agreed, only to find out it had a light which could not be switched off, no shower curtain, a shower head which was fixed so it sprayed it a horizontal direction, and to make it much worse.....no hot water.
Having complained again in the morning, the manager finally gave us a double bedroom for our last night, in which some of our personal toiletries were "accidentally" thrown out by the cleaner.
So we had 3 nights, but had to pack and move ever day. The manager speaks very little english and definitely doesn't know the Greek words for "customer service". We talked to several other people who had similar problems as us.
My advice...do yourself a favour and don't let this hotel ruin your beatiful Santorini. Find a hotel where they speak english and know about customer service.
