“Best view ever!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW

Since we were 2 couples travelling together, we had the chance to rent room number 7a-7b, which had, to my opinion, the best view on the island! There is a place in Firostefani which is famous for the scenery and our room was just next to it, so we were looking at the caldeira and the blue church from our room. So heavenly beautiful! The rooms were spacious, with a private balcony, a kitchen, a decent washroom, it is well located, the receptionist was nice and the breakfast was really good too! For the price, it was the best deal of our entire trip!

Boutique and good location. The trouble starts when you want - room service, clarifications @ reception and the sorts. But, the best part is that when we checked out after 3 days, we were still happy with the overall experience - must be Santorini Effect. Will i go there again, i doubt!

This small hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from Fira township. Our room was very cramped and dated. The breakfast was basic but edible. We found the woman who managed the reception to be friendly. Overall though, we were glad to be staying only 1 night.

Room Tip: Not the room closest to reception.

Room facing Aegean Sea without any blocking, a good and relatively economic choice if you want to have sea view. Nice owner and pick up from the port. Nice decoration and funitures inside the room. With cooking facilities, sink, dishes, fridge inside the room. Simple breakfast but enough for making you full. A little bit far from the town for about 20 mins walking, but with the price and view, walking is not a big deal.

Room Tip: Room on the ground floor is good enough for the view, no blocking.

Like all the other reviews....the view was amazing but the service by the man in charge was appalling...he was rude and did not care...we had booked and paid for a spacious room with a sea view and the room we got was not spacious (my husband could touch his fingers on one side and his feet touched the other wall) and it did not have a sea view let alone a balcony. When we went to discuss this with the man in charge he said everyone wants this room, well if you only have one of these room don't keep advertising that it is available!! He said that he could move people out of one room and put us in there instead....what the....these people weren't even in the room...he was just going to move their stuff...we refused. We ended up only staying 3 of the 4 nights and moved on. I must say the lady was very nice though and I would put here in the bracket of this very rude made, with not customer skills at all.

We had a room with an excellent caldera view. This was the best of our stay. The room was very small, a tile had fallen from the bed and had not been replaced. The bathroom was very small, shower curtain stuck to your skin because the shower was too small and it was too short so that the room was flooded. Even though confirmed to us we were not picked up at the airport and had to take a local bus with all the luggage - great fun .-(( No "sorry" by the manager who obviously does not know the meaning of the word "smile". Very unfriendly. Average breakfast. Really a pity.

The receptionist who is also the man "in charge" the entire time didnt want to help us with anything - not our luggages, not coordinating with the agency / drivers for our drop off and pick up days, not with us asking for more coffee at breakfast. Definitely the worst service of any hotel we've been to in Greece.
