Tony and Angela not only run the fantastic Beaches and Dreams (see hotel review), they also prepare dream worthy cuisine at the attached Barracuda Bar and Grill. The service is personal and fantastic. Our waiter, Raymond, was attentive and saw to our every need. At the Barracuda, the seafood is fresh caught daily and expertly prepared. Try the exquisite specials that change daily. I thought I couldn't possibly have a better meal than the aromatic Morroccan Grouper the first night we dined there, but then I had the succulent Wild Boar Osso Bucco during our second dinner there and found myself savoring many bites with my eyes closed relishing the melt-in-your-mouth texture and the layers of flavor. Angela's desserts are incredible as well. As a group, we found ourselves ordering different desserts so that we could enjoy them all. The fresh bananas wrapped in phyllo dough drizzled in homemade caramel sauce was a decadent dream in every spoonful. We loved the Barracuda so much, after our group moved onto the second half of our trip we drove over 30 minutes to eat there again!
