“Full of sea life”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013

Sueste gives one the opportunity to swim and dive along side with sea turtles, lots of tropical fishes, sting rays, and friendly & curious baby shaks. Not to miss.

“Best snorkeling place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 27, 2013

If I had to choose one place to go to on Fernando do Noronha, it would be Baia do Sueste. Nothing can beat swimming with turtles and watching them feed.
The worst experience is having to wear the swimming vests that are not just annoying when you want to go a bit deeper, but they rub against your skin and irritate it.
After spending a couple of hours in the water, I wished I could get a cup of hot tea, cocoa or leite quente for my son, but ... The snak bars that are on every pay-to-visit beach do not carry healthy or kid appropriate snacks.

“My personal Favorite in Noronha! Turtles, sharks, seasnakes, etc.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 9, 2013

What else to say? This is not the most beautiful beach. But, it's the most amazing regarding wildlife. You get there, rent a life jacket (mandatory for swimming in a special marked area) a mask and a snorkel and swim on your own in an open area that you don't know what you're going to meet. Suddenly, a giant turtle appears, a stingray, a small shark.... It's indescribable.
And, they are there in their natural habitat... No food or anything is put there to attract them whatsoever... So, you don't know what you are going to see and it's different from one day to the other.

“Tamar Project in action”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 28, 2013

In this beach sometimes is possible to follow the work from Projeto Tamar. It was a surprise to observe the marine biologists evaluating the several turtles that they brought from the water to the beach for identification, control of size and other things. At the same time one biologist is doing the job, another one is talking to us about the importance of the project. Very pedagogic approach for kids and old folks too.

“Easy to go, easy to fall in love!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2013

The most acessible beach in Noronha and first choice of the turists, especially kids and old ones, since it's easy to acess and has very shallow waters. And is the best place in Noronha to practice snorkeling because of the corals and large variety of species.
