“Bit windy but besides that fine”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 4, 2013

The wind was blowing and things were packed with people. The fog was covering up most of the places and we couldn`t see much. Maybe we will return when it looks nicer. :)

“Excellent ability to view the full strength of the Bay of Fundy tides”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 29, 2013

We heard this was an excellent area to see the power of the fundy tides as they came and went. We stopped by while lower tide and took some cute photos, went into new Minus and Kentville for shopping & lunch, then stopped back by to get photos of the exact same spots. The photos truly tell the story even for such a short period of time. Not much to do other than photos and small beach.

“Good Food and Good View”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2013

Hall's Harbour is a nice place to visit, picnic or dine at their restaurant. There is a lobster pound and you can purchase your own lobster and have it cooked on the premises as well as other seafood items. The food is very tasty, beverages are available and there always seems to room for one more guest. Besides the beautiful view of the Bay of Fundy you can shop for souvenirs or visit Parker's Store that has been there for over 30 years that I know about. There is a beach but bring good footwear if you want to go down and walk along the beach when the tide is out. It is a nice outing for the family and friends.

“If you want to see a birds eye view of Nova Scotia .......”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 8, 2013

Here is a small fishing village that has everything Nova Scotian. A wonderful place to wander on the beach, fish for mackerel right from the Rocks protecting the massive wharf, or watch the tide rise or lower while you have a lobster feed or fish and chips. A collection of village fishermen's homes all portrayed in a river valley at the edge of the Bay of Fundy. One of the most photographed fishing villages, with lobster boats and scallop draggers. The men on the wharf are happy to talk to you and can tell you some great stories. There is a lobster pound you can tour and they cook up all kinds of sea goodies to fill your bellies.

“One of Nova Scotia's Nicest Views”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 12, 2012

If you are rambling through the Wolfville area, be sure to meander over to this beautiful location. It offers a great view of the water and the radical shifts in tides, which leave boats sitting on land when they are out. There are artist studios on the site and a grand lobster pound, making this a wonderful lunch stop. You'll be glad you brought home some pictures of these views.
