I always enjoy my experience at Cafe/Pub. Especially on Friday nights for their excellent Open Mic, during which they offer free mussels and garlic bread. I don't eat mussels, so I can't actually comment on them, but those I've been with that had them seemed to enjoy them and they look well cooked (though, as I said, I'm no expert).
The food, made with local ingredients whenever possible, is great and service is pretty good, too. I love that they offer Nova Scotia beer and wine and even sodas (Propeller).
My only 'complaint' is that their menus need to be updated. No only does their menu not match that on their site (the last time I went I planned what I wanted to eat based on the website, but my pick wasn't shown when I got there) and both need to be updated. (some of their drink offerings aren't available anymore).
