“Good Indian Food!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2012 via mobile

We had an excellent lunch here. Some items that aren't standard on every Indian restaurant menu. Never had chicken before, very good!

“Top Notch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 14, 2012

I frequently go to Indian restaurants in the Vancouver and Seattle areas and this food was right up there with the best of them! I was amazed in such a small town. The prices were reasonable and the portions were too. We ordered takeout and did not have long to wait, we sat at a booth and were served lovely ice water in the meantime. We ordered double so we would have leftovers. We have not found one in the North Vancouver area which is anywhere near as good, but we will keep searching and missing this place. We ordered the tandoori chicken, the mango chicken curry, cumin rice, garlic naan, and chicken pakora. (We do like chicken.) We got to-do and it came in many nice containers carefully prepared.

“Excellent Indian Food, large servings, amazing value, lovely service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 17, 2011

A hidden gem on the quaint, quiet main street of Agassiz. if this restaurant was in a major city it would be jammed with patrons. All dishes were excellent, especially the lamb saag (lamb and spinach), and of course the Tandoori Platter, as well don't miss the Gobi Parantha (whole wheat stuffed with cauliflower and spices). It's a must for our next visit to Harrison Hot Springs! (Only a few minutes away.)
