Bluebay lodge is situated in the middle of the island which is convenient for sightseeing.
You can enjoy seaview from the dinner terrace and it takes 10 mins walk to the nearest beach.
Nearest village Gouyave (with banks, shops and Fish Friday event) is 15 mins walk. Concord waterfall - 10 mins ride.
Rooms are in good condition and contain TV, A/C, private bathtub, safe box, hot water and daily cleaning.
Little swimming pool is available in the yard. BBQ with live steel band music happened in the yard on Sundays.
Car parking is behind the entrance gate.
On the second floor there is a hall with big-screen TV and leather sofas. You can also sit in chairs on the balcony.
Internet with computer and printer is also available.
All staff was very friendly. We were treated very warm and hospitably.
The place sort of conducive to join all the guests into one big family. Lisette, the owner of the place, plays key role helping different people to find understanding. However if you prefer to do on your own you can be perfectly aside.
Hotel owner is communicative, delicate and helpful. She readily helps to work out the route and can recommend certified drivers who also play role of guides.
Price policy is more than loyal. Prices for dinners and drinks are fully reasonable. Daily-baked coconut rolls for the breakfast are incredibly tasty. All dished we ate were delicious.
Nearby beach at Palmsite bay is nice but if you need infrastrucutre incl. сhairs, umbrellas, beachbars etc - it's better to go to Grand Anse beach. It roughly takes 30 mins to St. Georges by bus, then change the bus and 10 mins to Grand Anse.
I would definitely stay in the Bluebay lodge again.
