Stayed here for a week at the end of September. Lovely owner, Annamaria, who was very helpful and friendly, left us a lovely arrival basket of basic groceries and a bottle of her own wine and olive oil. The apartments are clean, fairly basic but well presented and equipped. The setting is gorgeous, the road up to the villa is a bit rough, but perfectly safe to drive (watch out for suicidal rabbits though). I can't vouch for the pool, as we never used it, the weather wasn't quite warm enough. My only (minor) gripe is a common one - the beds could be better!
Local amenities are also good - a large supermarket 3km away, good restaurants and bars in Sarteano, Chiusi and Cetona.
