“IN Pinerolo, This is where you want to stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2013

This is a very nice hotel in Italy. Very clean and and good size rooms. Great linens and Bathroom. TV , internet. Bikes available. Two places to eat owes by hotel , which are both great. They miss the little details that you must ask for such as the tissue box was not filled or the soap was finished and they did not refill. Nothing major. You just need to ask. Breakfast included but the typical Italian breakfast at any hotel, nothing special. If you are looking for a HOTEL. this is great for you. If you want more of a B& B , research that. Both so different.

Room Tip: ask for a room viewing mountains and not the road

Spent there 1 week (5 nights) during my business trip. It is Italian 4 star hotel standart. It has everything you need or you'd expect. There is nothing to complain about. Would recommend. Also like 20 meter from the hotel is very nice small restaurant, the food there was outstanding.

For 4 stars hotel breakfast was more then limited. Also there was no iron available for guests..in the bathroom they left me one shampo and shower gel for 4 days. Its clear that they cut costs but its not a good way. Service do not speak english. Rooms are clean.

We stayed at this hotel as a stop-over on a trip through the Alps an were surprised at the value it presented. A decent size room, great breakfast and friendly staff for not much money.

They had bait of apart going at the restaurant next door which was a bit loud at night, which they might have accounted for by putting us in a room facing the other way.

Otherwise - great place for a stopover. A bit out of the way for the town itself, though.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing town, in case there is another party at night.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and were so happy with everything we go there next month again
The room was very spacious and good equipped, clean and tasteful decorated. The food was good and the service was friendly and helpful. It is easy to visit Torino from this hotel. We took the train and spent a nice day; we will repeat this this year.

Don't know why but I got it into my head this would be out in the country perched on some dam or other. Must be the Portuguese 'barragem' or something I was getting confused with.

Anyway, no sign of a dam. Not even a river. It was however conveniently and peacefully located outside the town of Pinerolo. There was a small water park opposite but we didn't have enough time to spare to justify spending the entry fee.

The hotel itself had enormous family rooms, free internet access, free car parking and, at the time we were there, free fresh plums from the trees lining the access road. result.

The breakfast buffet was err - sparse - no bain maries for the scrambled eggs so they would take it away and heat it up for you. Odd idea - why not just take an order and do your eggs to order? Scrambled, fried, whatever..?

There were free bikes available which you had to sign for and the kids enjoyed circling the hotel and grounds but I presume there were other more exciting signed rides but I didn't go looking for them.

Just outside the hotel there is a great value (for Italy) Pizza and pasta restaurant.

The old town of Pinerolo itself is quite a nice stroll if you have time on your hands.

There were 3 of us friends stayed for a week, lovely spacious room. ( double bed single and a couch that pulled out into a double) good location for touring and some great restaurants in the town.
Staff were pleasant and helpful.
No pool but there is a water park across the road, about 10e per person.
There is a gym so bring your gear.
