Casa Nostra and it's wonderful hosts, Eileen & Erica make this B&B a second to none location to stay for a relaxing and beautiful stay in the heart of Marche. Attentive to your every needs, no matter when or what and the most abundant breakfast to get you going for your day. Peaceful location, swimming pool to chill out by or cool down in, snooker to challenge both hosts to...great fun all round and comfortable rooms to rest in at night. Other hotels in the region were not a patch on Casa Nostra. Wonderful. 5 Star. Thank you.

If you are looking for a fabulous place to stay end your search here. Eileen, Erika and Bernadette make a great team, the welcome { even at 1am }, the comfort and the enormous breakfast are second to none. I spent my 50th birthday here quite by accident and I can't believe how lucky we were. Unfortunately Eileen was unwell on our arrival but she did not let this get in the way of looking after our every need and ensuring we had everything and more that we required, she never gave us any indication that she needed to cosset herself she was just intent on making our stay memorable, as indeed it was.
The scenery is stunning and the locals are friendly and helpful especially if you try and communicate in Italian as limited as ours is!!!
We,ve been all over the world but this is a magical place and you would be mad to miss it. A golden memory and we are very grateful.

Le Marche was our last destination in a short tour of Italy which included Tuscany and Umbria. We had stayed in very good accommodation throughout so it was a delightful surprise to arrive at Casa Nostra and find that this B & B exceeded our expectations. The accommodation itself presented excellent facilties and service. It was like being at home with the run of the house to ourselves on occasions.

Although, they were having problems with the newly installed swimming pool when we arrived, it certainly did not detract from our stay.

Eileen and Erica provided for our every need whilst we were there, often giving up much of their own time to make our stay memorable.

There can be few places where the hostess readily takes clients to her favourite restaurants, but this is what Eileen does. This flamboyant but demure lady is the epitomy of the philosophy adopted by this establishment and thats what makes it one of those special places.

Even on our departure 'B' provided us with a bottle of her own virgin olive oil to take with us.

This was a place to treasure and enjoy hospitality at its best.

We stayed just one night in this perfect little hideaway in Le Marche and it simply was not enough. We will definitely return for more. I echo everyone's previous commendations on the wonderful welcoming and friendly attitude of the staff, Erica and Eileen were the perfect hosts. We arrived weary travellers but left refreshed, revived and very well fed after a tasty and filling breakfast. This truly is a little gem and if you are in Le Marche you definitely should book time here, you'll not be disappointed.

  • Liked — Friendly, helpful staff
  • Disliked — Leaving to go home!
  • Tips/Secrets — Don't stay for one night, stay longer otherwise you may end up as disappointed as we were to have to leave!

My wife and I spent 10 days at Casa Nostra.

The most impressive part of staying at Casa Nostra is the hospitaility and kindness of the owner Eileen and her daughter Erica.

On our first night, we ate at Casa Nostra and Eileen prepared a wonderful meal for us.

For breakfast, our table was set outside where we had a breathtaking view of the hills and mountains.

Any request was never too much trouble and this attention to detail was maintained during the whole of our 10 day stay.

Eileen even took us out to dinner to a hilltop restaurant which had a fantastic view of the region.

Casa Nostra is situated within half an hours drive of the mountain lakes and within an hour and a half of the coast and Assisi. So there was plenty of variety in our stay.

The use of the pool was also very refreshing in the heat of the day.

When you do organise your stay you should arrange for Eileen to come and meet you because Casa Nostra can be awkward to find when you arrive in San Ginesio.

We arrived at Cosa Nostra in the full heat of a July afternoon. We had the pool to ourselves, with the exception of small birds which swooped to drink the water. Our room was cool, beautifully furnished and had little extras we appreciated, like herb teas and chilled bottled water.

We had an aperitif with Eileen in the garden overlooking the mountains and talked about life in Italy and Italian food. She booked for us a table in a restaurant we would never have found ourselves, where we enjoyed real Italian food; not a pizza in sight. We ate early and the only other customer was a local fireman.

Although we were only able to stay for one night, Eileen made us feel very special. Nothing was too much trouble - Eileen even made a special journey to get wheat-free bread for me - and we were made to feel at home throughout the house and garden. She is truly someone who really cares about each guest and makes it her mission to ensure that guests enjoy their stay at Casa Nostra and in the Marche region. She has that unique ability to create the perfect moment.

  • Tips/Secrets — It's difficult to find. Make sure you give Eileen an ETA so that she can come and get you!

My husband and I have just returned from this wonderful haven of peace and tranquility. We are extensive world travellers but have never come across such hospitality and care in the most beautiful setting anywhere. The only way to describe it is the english Lake District without the crowds and with the sun.
Nothing was too much trouble, wherever we travelled to in the area everyone was friendly and the meals etc out are excellent value for money. The shoes at an outlet that you wouldn't find without Eileen were such good value that we bought 7 pairs.
You didn't feel embarassed to just stay poolside and chill for the day. To sum up just like staying with best friends in the loveliest place certainly that we have found so far .........
If there was a competition for hostess of the year no-one else need enter ...............
