We are just back from this could be a Great Hotel,the location is great if you get a room with a sea view and to the front of the hotel.Food very good and plenty of it.The wine served at the table, white ,red and rose all italian wines are the worst I have ever taisted.The staff,some were first class the rest will have to go on a smile and look happy course.If you likea coffee in your room then all you get is 2 small packets of decaf coffee,2 tea bags but you get 4 small milks.the pool area is great and the, pool bar area and food is first class the staff here are 1st class.our room 312 was light, quiet and clean apart from the mould on the fridge we did report the fridge but all we got was a shrug of the shoulders while we were there it never was cleaned.My NEGATIVE POINTS ARE SMALL this hotel could be great with a wee bit more effort from some of the staff.
We booked through Thomson Holidays. When we arrived at Naples Airport we traveled to the hotel with no Thomson Rep.The Thomson Hotel Rep was not at the hotel to greet us,but the welcome from the staff was great.The Thomson Hotel Rep need to get a better presance in the hotel.The hotel is great for couples no kids,and the free bus up and down to Sorrento is great.Again this hotel could be a 5* hotel with a little bit of effort but at the moment it's a 3+ * hotel
