“Different, but good!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 3, 2014

We ate here, sort of by default, as nothing else was open that evening. I'm glad we went here because the place is very cozy and the food is well-made. Nicolas is the chef and his charming wife, Melanie, is the hostess and server. Their menu consists of salads, pizzas, and main dishes with a focus on fresh ingredients and flavors without a lot of salt.

“A bit of a let-down”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2014

As nice as the waitress and the waiter who served us, the meal was really quite disappointing. It was an evening meal and no formule/set menu was available. Choice of menu was limited. There was a very reasonably priced pichet/carafe of wine. Cafe creme at the end cost 4 Euros! Spirits too at the end of the meal were extremely limited. Most of the dishes were covered in the same sort of thing, I'm not sure what, like alfalfa and salt with grains and pumpkin seeds. All okay, but just on all the dishes. My salad had hardly any vinaigrette, so I asked for more salad dressing, which was fine. The waitress said they never knew how much to put on the salad, so perhaps extra salad dressing should come with the salad in the first place. My starter was supposed to be with falafel, but there were only two very small ones. It's only chick peas, so it would not have cost a lot to add a few more. My husband's main course of St. Jacques consisted of five pieces and did not fill him up! Desserts were mediocre and not really as described. Really nice people, but the food did not live up to expectations. I think lunch-time might be a much better bet.

Madame, Monsieur,

I can explain you in english...

We have chosen for our establishment to be a "Healthy Restaurant" a unique concept in this region.

We have put together our menu and four additional Midday Dishes, with the advice and help of a naturopath Mlle DUVAL Laurie Ann.

We work in our kitchen with only fresh seasonal organic Fruit and Vegatables. We only use French Meat and Fish.

Salt, Kiwi, grapefruit .......... are absent as we are very attentive to individual needs and aware of allergies, colesteral and diet. Seasoning is very light, of course salt and pepper are available on demand!!

We pay particular attention to the balance of our meals which we serve to our clients and always stay with our concept of Heath first!

The "yellow powder" called GOMASIO is not for decorative purposes but a substitute for salt and pepper. It is made up of 95% ground sesame and 5% non refined salt to which we add thyme and turmeric.

Our extensive wine list has also be put together with the advice of an aenologist (M.Del Bravo)

We strongly believe that the quality and value of our meals will please all.

We hope that the information provided will give you a deeper insight and understanding about our restaurant.

“I would give them 6/5 if I could.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2014

The food tastes as if it is prepared with love. I only spent a few days in Pezo this time and still went there twice - may even go back tonight, my last evening in town.
The food is healthy but not in 1970s worthy way, in a modern celebration of harvest, herbs and balance way.
When I left Pézenas over four years ago there was not a restaurant in town who understood the healing properties of turmeric or chia seeds. Maison Conti offers turmeric, sesame and sea salt seasoning beside all the mains, they know how to prepare a Bloody Mary and many of here delicious desserts are free of cane sugar.
The people are lovely too.
I'll be back before Spring!

“An excellent choice for a relaxing evening meal”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2014

We visited Le Conti last week and discovered what a gem the new owners are providing for Pezenas. The food was beautifully cooked and well presented. The staff were very friendly and the whole evening was a most pleasurable experience. We wish them all the best in this new venture.
Hopefully, we'll get a chance to return next year!
