On check-in early afternoon, were allocated a room which had not been serviced. Reception changed it for one which was. A table for dinner could not be booked as they were full with a coach party. On departure, we were asked if we were not staying 2 nights even though our reservation was for one. All seemed a bit amateur compared with the good professional standards Ibis generally achieve. Might just have been a bad day.

Cannot fault this hotel service. The beds are very comfortable, the most comfortable hotels beds I have come across. The room was very clean. We ate in the restaurant in the evening the food was great. The only thing that I thought was missing was tea making facilities in the room. The staff were very attentive and helpful..

Ideal location close to autoroute but also walking distance to town. Good restaurant and wines if you choose to eat at hotel. Ideal stopover en route to or from south of france. Will continue to stay there

Used this hotel as a stop over to Spain. Quite easy to find, helpful staff. Room a bit tired and bath ok if you are 4 foot tall. Not much hot water and no tea or coffee in the room, had to order and pay for if wanted.

Was apprehensive when dining as there was a big party going on, but service was quick and food very good.

Not sure whether would use again, might try another one in the town which looked very nice.

We moved here for the second and third nights of our recent trip after staying the first night in a terrible hotel in Dijon Sud. Having pre-paid the first hotel we were pleased that the Ibis gave us a discount (75 Euros per night) and no charge for our two dogs. The room was clean and comfortable, but the corridor smelled of drains; fortunately the smell didn't permeate into the room. Didn't use the bar or restaurant as there is a good choice in the lovely town a few minutes' walk. We'll be staying here again on our next trip down south.

The Ibis chain generally offers good value. We paid €62 for a double room with an advance booking discount. The hotel is about 5 minutes drive off the A31 motorway. There are signposts, but small. Otherwise, drive straight to the junction with the old main road between Dijon and Beaune, then south for about 200 metres. There's a free car park. Reception staff were courteous and offered to help with bags.

The room looked recently refurbished in the current Ibis style. it was a bit smaller than average for this chain but acceptable. There is a bath, but a short one. Ibis have opted for a cheap and nasty dispenser of liquid soap, which they should reconsider. It's not easy to squeeze, especially for those with arthritic hands.

The first floor odd-number rooms starting with 219 have a "view" over a flat roof with various pipes and pieces of air conditioning equipment on it. This doesn't matter if, like us, all you want is a place to sleep in transit for the night. The room was, however, too hot. It was perfectly possible to turn off the air conditioning and heating, but a blessing that, in addition, the window could be opened.

The 2xsingle beds were very comfortable. Dogs are accepted for a small fee which is a facility we need. But now that imitation wood floors are the Ibis house style, rather than carpet, you can more easily be disturbed by your pet moving around at night.

The restaurant at this Ibis was a couple of Euros per head more expensive than average for the chain, but also better than average in terms both of quantity and quality. It's a small operation though with, apparently, only one waiter, so if it's busy, you may need to be patient. Overall, we'd recommend it.
