Stayed overnight after a wedding. The minibar fridge didnt work so the contents were all hot and we had no where to cool our own drinks. The bathroom was not that clean. Breakfast was good. The grounds are very nice and perfect if you want a round of golf or a garden wedding. the pool looked great but unfortunatley the fridge nad cleanliness let it down.

While staying in Perth at friends houseit was our 30th anniversary so went here for the night..really really lovely and beautifull surroundings.
I must state here that my wife and i even though we come from Scotland we have never played golf in our life, and i was a wee bit worried that this place would not be for us...WRONG we were made very welcome with friendly staff.
Before it got dark we went a lovely walk round the golf course and came across a couple of kankaroos with joeys, my wife loved it. retired to lounge for a meal and drink and again staff were helpfull and friendly.
yes we are sattisfied with our stay in our very clean room with a cracker of a view from the balcony.
lovely relaxing night.. go for it

What can I say? This resort is perfect for my recent family vacation!
Right next to the golf course, it was awesome waking up to green fairways. The food in the resort was superb, service was great! Staff are very helpful.
For those of you who play golf, look nowhere else but here! The golf course is great and the pro shop is well stocked. Even the bistro at the golf course serves fantastic burgers! :P:
If you feel like having fastfood, McDonalds and Pizza is just 10mins drive away!

We had so much fun those 6 nights and when I go back to Perth the next time, its Joondalup for sure!

We stayed in a standard room for $130.00 per night. The room had two queen size beds, it was quite spacious, nicely decorated and had new flat screen TV and in room safe. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and with full block out curtains had a very good sleep. There was a balcony outside to sit and enjoy a drink, but very close to next doors balcony so not much privacy. The bathroom was lovely with a huge shower, bathrobes are provided. The resort is beautiful, and the swimming pool area was very nice. We were very disappointed that room service finished at 10pm, because when we got to our room at 11pm, after a function, we were very hungry and all that they could offer was a very small cheese plate for $15.00.
The only downfall with the rooms is that they all back on to an outside corridor and it can be quit noisy with people walking to and from their rooms.
The buffet breakfast was lovely, with a large varied choice, however some of the food was a bit overcooked and it was a bit expensive at $29.95. Drinks at the bar were also very expensive.
A great place to stay for a wedding or large function, or if you play a lot of golf.

Presentation of the hotel was good, it is a 2 storey resort style hotel with a quality feel to it. The room was clean, resort-y, spacious, good decor, a comfy bed and a little balcony that was so tranquil. Housekeeping was excellent with the room evidently cleaned, sheets & towels changed every day. Minor downside was there is no bathtub- instead there was a shower which had a wonky shower head.

The Bistro 38 restaurant is excellent, especially their a la carte menu. Excellent presentation and tastes heavenly. The wait staff at the restaurant were very courteous, professional and pleasant. The golfing green was amazing, scenery amazing and wonderful surrounds. This hotel is excellent for corporate functions, weddings, romantic getaways, golf or just a resort hotel.

The downside is that it would not be suitable if you had to go into the city due to the distance, but the beach is a 6 min drive away and the scenic coastal drive is amazing! It is also close to Joondalup shopping centre and the town. However, still far enough if you want to stay in the resort for all your stay to forget that the Perth life still awaits you.

Definitely recommended if you will be mostly staying at the hotel!

We made a last minute decision to stay here. Were impressed upon arrival. Place is well maintained, staff efficient and room was great, well equipped with nice views (no bath though). We were really disappointed though with the dining options available. Despite the hotel advertising many (?5) restaurants, we found that during our 3 night stay Wed to Fri inclusive, only 1 was open midweek (We had our 9 year old son with us and children are not allowed in the Kangaroo Bar- This surprised us as our son was welcome everywhere else we went in Australia during our 5 week trip). Also you have to be a member to use the Country Club members Bar and restaurant). The one that was open and accepting children (Bistro 38) was pleasant but not cheap and not the kind of place to take kids every night so having expected a 'resort' this was not the case.
Pool was freezing too!!!
what a shame - our son is well travelled and well behaved and this attitude was disappointing
