The Loca serves fish, squid and octopus in typical local variations. We were 2 adults and 4 adolescents. The grilled Snapper with honey sauce was pretty good. Also the octopus with coconut sauce was tasty, though extremely chewy. It's difficult to get the octopus tender, but this one was the worst I've had in that respect.
We also ordered the pilau rice with fish. Only problem was that the fish was missing from the dish.
The owner Kinga came over to our table after we had eaten and apologied for the fish. Very sweet and nice girl and we had a long and nice talk. Get the kitchen right, repair the furniture and clean the bathroom (and get some light), the place could rise above average.
