“Movies on lounges with freshly baked cookies at "interval"”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2013

Saw the Hobitt - well we were in Hobbit country! Local wines you can drink in the movie, great popcorn and mouthwatering cookies for the interval. Great comfy couches and a couple of cars to sit in - a totally unique cinema experience!
Only hassle is you need to get there early for popular movies and there isn't much in the way of waiting space to queue.

“Awesome”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2013

Despite being overwhelmed by a sudden influx of customers the staff were helpful and friendly. The food here is exceptional too, with the chicken & bacon Cajun salad being my recommendation.

We saw two films here simply because it was such a cool place to visit. The seating is extra cool, with couches, chairs, and even an old car to relax in.

“Great and Totally Unique Movie Experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 8, 2013

My 2 kids and I went for a movie in the day while my hubby and 2 teens went for deep canyon. The experience was so enjoyable that I booked another night movie for the whole family to go! We arrived early to have dinner (delicious!) there and so was early to queue as it was free seating and full house at night. We enjoyed the cookies during the interval too!

“Return visit to new location”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2013

Yes I too was not aware of new location but was directed by a local as soon as they mentioned it was at the back enterance to New World car park. The Hobbit was on and the place packed so some staff members under a bit of stress and not coping well. Not sure why they bother with the pizza as it started life as a cardboard box.The Choc Chip cookies are nice but you can't buy one until half time as they are for half time people only. You can only sell them once make more and get over it.New location is still a bit cramped but would be ok in off season. Will try other new cinema next time.

“Another way to view a movie”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 6, 2013

The atmosphere is different here. Everything is more casual and laid back than an ordinary cinema. For a one off experience this place deserves a visit. The chocolate chip cookies that are baked locally are a must. We viewed the Hobbit in 3D with active glasses and the experience was great. The different seating options may not be for everybody, but there are some normal seats in the center of the theater.
