Didnt eat at Ballyhoo but enjoyed getting some drinks on the water there. Easy to stop at on way to or from ferry and before dinner at Stingray.

This is on the water at El Conquistador's marina. It's fun to watch the boats come and go. The menu, however, is very limited and pricey--a few bar food and sandwich options, little else.
The only good thing about this bar and grill is the location with the view of the marina and the ocean. As other reviewers have mentioned, the food and service is average at best and on this particular night, the service in particular was below average.
We arrived late so only a few tables beside us yet the waiter was extremely slow in everything from drink orders to water refills.
Food with a few exceptions (guacamole and chorrizo steak) was not good and as with everything else on the resort property, it was extremely over priced.
The bar area is a nice place for a drink or two but stay away from the food.

The food was very good but not very imaginative. Our waiter was very friendly and very efficient. Hard to get used to the Island pace.
