The breakfast buffet here is average for a big resort. Not a lot of variety, and they offer exactly the same buffet items day after day after day. We did enjoy the Mexican dinner buffet they offered one night (not a huge buffet in terms of variety, but all of the food was fresh and very tasty).

This is a beautiful spot on the terrace at el conquistador, and they do a great job with the food and the drink specials. But at least over the holidays, the resort is packed with kids, so you have to expect you'll be sitting in a disney type setting for meals at Bella Vista, since it is more affordable than the other restaurants on resort. But even disney wouldn't allow a bare naked kid to dine next to you! We are good natured, so we laughed it off, but there were certainly many guests the night we ate here that must have believed they were dining at their own home. Good for them that they felt comfortable, but a little unnerving for the rest of us.

The service on this cafe is terrible. It took 50 min to get a ceviche a sandwich and a pice of stake. The ceviche was ok, imlikednthe tostones. Portions are small

The two small pizzas we ordered were quite good, but the bill was almost $60.00. That was with soft drinks, no alcohol.
