“Some good and some not so good”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2013

We visited Margaritaville in Falmouth while heading back to our port. It is fairly new. There are photo opportunities outside where you can look as though you are on a pirate ship, etc. Those were cute. There is no bathroom there so if you have to go you have to walk out of the restaurant to the middle of the port area. We ordered wings and for the price we paid they were super duper small. Minute almost. It was okay, but I would rather go to the one in Orlando.

Thank you for visiting and for your review. We are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations during your visit with regard to the amenities present at our property. We have noted your comments regarding the wings and have forwarded same to our culinary team for review, as our goal is to provide a memorable food, beverage and entertainment experience for all who visit. With regard to your comments regarding the restroom facilities, there are restrooms in the common areas of the facility as well as some limitations to some of the amenities we can put in place being located on the port. We will however look into your comments and do our best to provide a solution to this concern. Thanks again for visiting.

“Great Experience... But No Pool”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2013

Yesterday was our first stop to Jamaica while cruising. We were on the Freedom of the Seas. The port looks brand new and is exceptionally clean. The bathrooms were cleaner than some of the ones on the ship. We decided not to go on an excursion and found our way to Margaritaville. We did not know it was on the port but we found it while we were walking around. I certainly suggest stopping by. This is a very large and spread out Margaritaville compared to the ones that I have been to in the US. The staff was very attentive and our server Clint was great fun. We ordered the Nachos which were half the size of our table! They tasted great and gave us more reason to drink a few more margaritas. The kids got a burger and the fish and chips and they both seemed to enjoy them. Clint was always there to see if we needed another drink before the ones we were drinking were empty. I did order a bottle of water and was a little surprised by the price $3 but I guess you expect that. The only negative aspect of the trip was that it was VERY hot and there were no umbrellas at the table we were sitting at in the sun. Clint helped move us into the area that was covered when it just got to be to much. Clint was saying that the pool was going to be built soon. It would have been great to be able to get in and cool off. Overall, I could not be happier with our experience and look forward to coming back when everything is complete! Great job Jimmy!

Thank you for visiting and for your positive review. We also wish to congratulate you on being our first reviewer! We do our best to provide the best food, beverage and service experience to all who walk through our doors; and we will be sure to pass your comments on to Clint as well. We are sorry that the pool was not completed in time for your visit, but we look forward to your next visit when all amenities including the pool are complete. Your next visit will be tons more fun the your first. Thanks again for visiting, and we can't wait for you to come again!
